I went with EE as BT own them and I get discount as with bt. Service is good and Clare at Westwood Cross was helpful I was with 02 years which bt once owned. Sadly o2 has declined whilst EE has thrived under BT.
EE have been amazing for me recently- I need my phone and internet for my job, however I recently changed company and have had so much tax taken that I ended up with only £700 to see me through Jan, same in Feb and March- this has been sorted out, but EE have taken tiny payments, arranged a payment plan and really helped take the worry of disconnection taken off my shoulders! I’ve spoken to REAL people, who have been VERY sympathetic and supportive, assuring me I would not be cut off, arranged a plan with me, and just made me feel so understood and like a friend was giving me advice- thank you so so much EE.
I was having technical issues with my phone and contacted EE on Twitter just to see if there was a network outage in my area. I didn't honestly expect the social media team to be so helpful in trying to address the issue once we established there was no network issue and it was a problem with the phone itself. They were responsive and worked through lots of options to get the phone back working again. Honestly very impressed with everyone who helped.
I had a pretty complicated situation in which I needed to upgrade, change a phone number, and get a sim replacement. Very messy - entirely my own fault as I'd lost my old sim but wanted to stay with EE. The individuals I spoke with over the phone were helpful, but the most helpful individual was Bryan, working in the Salisbury store, who twice had to give me a replacement sim (because I have 2 EE numbers and I gave him the wrong one). Bryan was a superhero for me in the store and it evidently takes a good 15 minutes to sort out the sim replacements.
Sorted 2 new sims out, got discount on all 3 lines, customer service answered quickly and were very helpful. Win on all fronts.
