Electrolux – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We ordered an Electrolux dishwasher recently. We paid a $120 surcharge for installation and removal of the old unit. I had carefully measured the space and was sure the new unit would fit. The installers arrived, said the unit would not fit, said they couldn't even take the old unit out without cutting it up which they were unwilling to do. They left the new unit sitting in our dining room, left our kitchen a mess, and just plain left. The Electrolux customer service rep, having been told all this, replied with " Do you want a refund of the installation fee." Yes, very helpful. Thanks. We called our plumber who removed the old unit (but had to leave it in the alley as he doesn't have disposal facilities) and installed the new one. Everything fit fine. No cutting up of anything was required and the new unit is working rather nicely. We're out the $400 we had to pay our plumber to do the job Electrolux was supposed to do. We can't actually seem to get the original installation fee refunded and my wife has spent hours on the phone getting a run around and being told they will call back, which they never do, and we yet have to pay to dispose of the old unit, all of which was supposed to be done by Electrolux. I think they should pay our plumber and for the disposal as it is not our fault they didn't send competent installers. At the very least I want our installation fee back. I don't know how to repay my wife for the hours spent on the phone with them getting nowhere. Bottom line: Electrolux customer service is a nightmare.

My Fridgidaire 50 pint dehumidifier died after 21 months. Customer service was not at all helpful, very frustrating to communicate with and terminated communication without reason. I will NEVER buy a Fridgidaire/Electrolux product again and will do my best to steer anyone away from them. Their products are a waste of money and due to short life span and lack of being repairable a source of plastic and electronic waste.

I purchased EFLS627UTT & EFMC627UTT in May 2020. The dryer motor failed and needed to be replace. I sent Electrolux an email and never heard back from them. I would hope that you would get more than three years out of a new dryer. I would not buy their product again and would recommend you check the reviews for this company before you buy.

i bought a frigidaire refrigerator. 4 months ago and the freezer has now cracked. long story short. its considered cosmetic and they wont replace it. was told to bad so sad. after spending 2000.00 + dollars and buying a warranty Im am left with a cracked freezer. in my brand new house. with no recourse.

AEG.ch / Electrolux.ch bescherten mir die seit langem, mit Abstand beste Kundendiensterfahrung ! Zu meinem noch immer voll funktionsfähigen AEG Backofen älteren Baujahres, gibt es leider keine Bedienungsanleitung mehr. Ich hatte diesen mit Mietobjekt so übernommen. Nach einem Stromausfall konnte das Gerät durch die blinkende Uhr ohne Zeitangabe nicht mehr in Betrieb genommen werden. Selbst durch stundenlange Onlinerecherche und hilfesuchend auf justanswer.de fand ich keine Lösung. Schlussendlich setzte ich mich mit dem AEG/Electrolux Kundendienst in Verbindung. Obwohl auch dort zu diesem alten Modell keine Unterlagen verfügbar waren, liessen die verschiedenen Kundendienstmitarbeiter NICHTS UNVERSUCHT um mir weiterzuhelfen. Schlussendlich konnte mir durch den Ehrgeiz und hohen Einsatzwillen dieser Kundendienstmitarbeiter und durch einen Angestellten mit offensichtlich langjähriger Erfahrung, mit viel Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen weitergeholfen werden und das Problem wurde 100%-ig gelöst! Zusammenfassend darf ich festhalten, dass die Erfahrung mit den AEG/Electrolux Mitarbeitern im Kundendienst die mit Abstand beste und erfreulichste seit Jahren ist, die ich erleben durfte. Ein Hoch auf diese Mitarbeiter und herzlichste Gratulation dem Unternehmen, welches solche Mitarbeiter zu seinen Angestellten zählen darf. Absolut empfehlens- und lobenswert !
