Amazing customer service with on the phone service with Josh & Karina. I had a lot of issues with the car that was rented out for me I have to say, but they set up a smooth transition of a tow truck and helped calm my nerves from the past agents that didn’t do anything for me. My recent trip to Hawaii’s big island required a car to get around. I thought a large sedan would be enough fir 4 adults and a car seat. Phillipe was my agent. Very helpful and friendly. Gave great suggestions for local restaurants and what to do if my car was too small for us. Well, he was right and we got to meet Shurea for the vehicle change out. She was a pleasure to deal with and the two agents made the rental a 5 star experience.
