These pp are a joke I’m not even gonna waste a book of words right now all I’m saying is if I don’t get my money f. N getin lawyered up hope they are real and got money either way I got all I need to get my money so f. N try me either way spent 260 on a pair of sheets and got beat around for a week saying they haven’t shipped yet be patient then I noticed I was off by the last number in my zip code either way if u looked up both addresses with different zip it was still the same said they updated it still comin then few days later I asked do u know when when do u think?? Oh ur order was canceled made it look like it was refunded cuz of fraud never say why why cuz of the zip don’t see no money then twist around like I’m the problem all I’m sayin is won’t be restin on this promise until I get my money and if I don’t get it soon I promise I’ll be lookin to sue these f. Ss whole world is like this in ways and I’m not the one to play with.. we’ll seee who’s laughing..

These are, without a doubt, the best sheets I've ever purchased! I've held off writing a review for a while to see how it holds up long term. They are still cool to the touch 5 months later, still incredibly soft, and are still as luxurious as the day I bought them. Tried leaving a review on their website but it was clearly filtered out. I have reached out via email, instagram, and phone multiple times and never heard back yet they are constantly posting on instagram promoting their product when they don’t even stand by it. This company is clearly a SCAM, their product didn’t even last and was horrible quality.

Upon arrival I was happy with the soft light weight cooling nature of this sheet set. Unfortunately, due to quality issues I quickly became displeased with my purchase. Upon closer inspection the seams aren’t well constructed and it painfully obvious after the first wash. The top sheet is small (the king size anyway). After washing regularly every 3 or so weeks the fabric pills and gets rough after 6 month my bottom sheet tore in the washer. Thankfully I bought a couple of sets one from Eucalypso and the other from Sijo. My Sijo tencel sheets have held up much better for a lower price point. I’d pick Sijo every time because of price, quality and customer service. Since Eucalypso customer service is essentially non existent if you don’t receive of are unhappy with the product. They also didn’t seem to approve of my review via their website so I figured using a third party might be better.

I am surprised by the number of negative reviews here, I guess it’s true that only people who have something to say will write a review! My husband and I love our Eucalypso sheets! They’re AMAZING and honestly the best sheets we have ever slept in. I’m a hot sleeper, so much so that we have to keep the AC blasting all night, while my husband is a cold sleeper. We can never both sleep comfortably at night. These sheets are amazing and keep us both satisfied - I stay cool and dry while my husband sleeps cozily. Eucalypso is such a godsend. And I will also note that we’ve had a superb experience with their customer service, despite what the other reviews seem to say. I’m very surprised by the other reviews, as the customer team was very prompt and super helpful. They always replied very quickly and addressed any concerns we had right away. We’ve had a few sets over the year and the quality has been top notch and consistent. No issues with pilling or anything like that. We are Eucalypso converts for life and never going to another sheet brand!

Yes, it’s true- Eucalypso doesn’t allow bad reviews on their website because they did the same to my bad review. If you attempt to return their sheets especially used, they give you only 50% of the refund back. Elle Liu, the founder “doesn’t handle” the returns department. She owns the business, and has no pull? Give me a break b****. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and equally waiting for them to respond. Poor ethics, poor quality comforter, and poor service. Extremely high priced - indirectly claims to be high end - Shut her down. She refuses to take responsibility for her cheap products. She won’t even reach out to the returns department to send me a prepaid shipping label to send the comforter back. It was garbage on arrival. Impossible to clean. And the seams unraveled before I even washed it. After I washed it the first time, there’s rips with the fill falling out ALREADY?? Brooklinen is better. Don’t dare waste your money on fraud luxury. You won’t last another 2 years because seriously. In a year of business you only have three pages of reviews? A decent social media following and THREE pages of reviews??? You damn know they are selectively choosing which reviews to put live.

Eucalypso Home DELETES their bad reviews (ever wonder why you only see 5 star reviews on their website?). I had the worst experience with this company. They sell horrible quality sheets--mine ripped the first time i washed them (and i hang dry my sheets so this shouldn't be happening). After telling me i would receive a replacement set months ago, they completely ghosted me. I sent numerous emails, made many calls, and even submitted their contact form over and over trying to get a response from the team. No answer for months even after they said i would be receiving a replacement set. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS and do not make the same mistake as me.

I purchased a set of white bed sheets and it took over two weeks for the delivery to Los Angeles. By the time they arrived, I was out of town and was not able to put them on my bed until almost 4 weeks after I purchased them. I asked if I could exchange my sheets for a different color because the white is super thin and see through, but they declined my request as it had been 1 day past their 30 day return policy. Had I known it was going to take so long for my sheets to arrive, I would have purchased from a different company. Definitely would not recommend buying the white sheets. They are incredibly thin and you can see right through them.

Don’t buy from this company! I recently purchased an extremely expensive set of king-size sheets from Eucalypso. I was hesitant to do so, but decided based on their claims, that I wanted some really soft, really nice sheets, once and for all. So I got them and at first I really enjoyed them. They are extremely soft. However I noticed within less than a month that they started pilling. I contacted the company and sent them a photograph of the pilling sheets, and their response was that they talked it over with their team, and decided that their sheets don’t pill what ??? I sent a picture, Eucalypso. Your sheets don’t pill? THEY DO! So they offered me 50% off on my next purchase of another set of sheets. Again, what???? Then I can be the proud owner of two sets of really expensive, pilling sheets? No thanks and thanks for nothing. Don’t do business with this company! Their products are bad, and their customer service is even worse. The one star that I gave them, was one star too many.
