Easy ordering and good communication, bike arrived promptly and in good condition - delivery person was helpful. Bike easy to set up and is great. Only 4 stars because they left out the pedal spanner, but fortunately I had my own, otherwise there would have been a frustrating delay while I accessed one. They did include a handy multi=tool which will be very useful in the future. Instructions for set up were helpful and adequate. Apart from the spanner an excellent experience.

Plenty of product choice on this website and what I also found useful was having access to customer questions to assist in making decision on product to purchase. Ordering was simple and order was delivered before time.
