EveryDrop – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Potentially the WORST customer service on the planet. Tried to set up an account with Every Drop, Canadian website doesn’t recognize the postal code. Called for help, NOTHING customer service can do to help. Regret EVER buying a Maytag fridge, worst experience ever. Lesson learned, never again.

Can I rate everydropwater with a zero? This company sends filters by subscription, and to cancel is nearly impossible. I am now stuck with approx $150 of filters for refrigerator from house that was sold. All filters are untouched, in original packaging and have receipt for all of them. According to everydrop water they never expire, but everydrop refuses to allow a return. DO NOT EVERY SIGN UP FOR AN EVERYDROP SUBSCRIPTION!

I have had a water filter subscription for several years. Whenever I tried to log into my account, it made me change my password. The last time I tried, I could not change the password and could not get into my account. I emailed customer service about the problem, as I wanted to change my subscription. Customer service stated that the only way I could do this was to log into my account. Basically said it was my fault that I could not log in, and they could not help me. I will now buy my filters elsewhere. They need to fix their software and change their attitude.

Placed an order with this merchant, its been two and a half weeks and I have yet to receive the merchandise. I have requested a refund twice, but merchant refused, and has now stopped responding to my emails. This is some sort of Chinese company running a couple of scam websites selling water filters. You can tell its the same company because their prices are very very low, their websites all look the same and they receive payment only through PayPal. They do a lot of advertising through google which is how I found them. Don't bother, there is no savings in a lower price, when you are scammed.

While I have used everydrop filters for years and find them satisfactory, I usually purchase locally through lowes. This time I ordered from the everydrop website and it was a little cheaper. Today I discovered the difference. I ordered the filters 8 days ago and today they sent me a notice that the order shipped today. 8 days in-house to fill an order? Buy it locally, unless you don't need anytime soon.
