I was helped by the manager Rajesh. He checked me in fast and was very nice.
The hotel is ok but what made the stay great was Chris and Carrie. They are wonderful. They go out of there way to make sure everything is safe and clean and they are super pleasant to talk to. It is great to come home from a long day and see Carrie or Chris smiling always. And they made sure to tell me to have a great night at work to. So it is great. On top of that they are the reason I did not leave the gm is not very nice. Her and 2 other people thag work there all ways cussing and loud and rude. It is very unprofessional. The hotel at 4020 hauck rd sharonville Ohio. Someone needs to change most the staff there. But Chris and Carrie made the stay amazing when they was at the desk. I would give them a lot more then 5 stars. They are the best staff there and they really make my stay great.

Management is friendly and prompt at assisting and resolving situations. For example replacing towels at midnight because I vomit on most of them because of a stomach ache I was having. I was also approach the next day by the lady manager to see if I was ok. Something I really appreciated as she showed concern.
I stayed at the Greensboro location. Staff was professional,helpful and accommodating. My room was clean,bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was everything I hoped for.
I’m writing about extended stay america in Franklin Somerset Nj. One of the nicest most friendly accommodating assistant managers I ever dealt with at any hotel was Sherry. She helped me with any concerns I had and helped make my stay very enjoyable. She truly knows how to treat her customers who stay at her hotel. This is for Extended Stay America - Albuquerque Airport. C/I 7/19 & C/O 7/21. First off, lots of very negative reviews, almost kept me from booking. I had a 2 night stay, short visit to ABQ, but switching to Ext Stay saved me about half the cost on my hotel. So DO NOT BELIEVE most of the negative comments. Office, Breakfast area, grounds and room were all quite clean and the area did NOT seem unsafe. Only drawbacks I felt were ONE - no ice machines. They should add them OR since rooms have fridges, put an ice cube tray and have it full each day they do housekeeping for new guests. TWO - I wish they had a more "continental breakfast", like a serving area with trays of eggs, pancakes, bacon, even a waffle maker - as many other hotel breakfasts are. Instead it was grab & go. But I had a packaged muffin and coffee each morning. None of the above issues should be a deal breaker though. So if you want a really nice room at a very good price, book your stay here.
The Extended Stay in Overland Park Kansas off of Metcalf is one of the best Extended Stays that I've stayed at in a long while, Very clean, vending machines are stocked well with a variety of items at a reasonable cost. Hence, the customer service team is wonderful yet, respectable and courteous, I mean if I could take this team with me when I go on every trip, I would do so. Great Job extended stay for hiring such wonderful and humble personnel. AKA always an extended stay customer indeed. Beth
Great Place to Stay!!! This is our second time using this hotel. We are at the Sterling location, and the staff and management are wonderful!!! We did have a couple of problems with our room and maintenance (Leo) was here ASAP. The General Manager Shazia and her staff including Housekeeping have also been great! Will definitely keep coming back!!!
