Gläser ausgesucht, bezahlt, DHL Schein erhalten, Brille hingeschickt, nach einigen Tagen die Info "Brille ist fertig", kurz danach kam die Brille bei mir an und ich habe wieder den Durchblick. Einfach - schnell - gut. Noch besser und einfacher geht es bestimmt nicht.

If you'r like most people and have an eye examination once a year, and have 2 or more prescription glasses, then don't ever buy the 2 year scratch warranty. They will remake the lens if scratched, but it will be to your old prescription not the new one your eyes got adjusted to.

I decided to try this online site for replacement of lenses in old glasses frames. I recently had a cataract operation, and I needed new prescription. I placed an order for two pair of replacement lenses. Process was very easy - just input the prescription online, email it to them or include it in your package. They provide printable label to send frames free thru UPS. Placed order and sent old frames April 21. Got email confirmations of their receipt of order and frames. Got UPS delivery of one set of new glasses on April 28 and the other on April 29 - and this quick delivery was in spite of these being unique (Transitions, one frame rimless, enhanced scratch resistance and high index). They also returned the old lenses in an envelope with the delivery. Glasses are great and price was about 35% less than "discount" price quoted by my optician for identical lenses.

There were few cons, Trivex is a new material, so it can be hard to find among glasses retailers. If you want Trivex, you may have to purchase it online. This means you won't get a chance to test or feel the material beforehand. I was fortunate to end up having satisfactory outcome. In another pair of frame, where I had ordered 1.74 index glasses, where I was not happy , they replaced without any extra charge with Trivex lenses. I was at my local eye glass business. I tried on the REVOLUTION CRAWLEY and loved them. My only comment is why can't we purchase a second pair of CLIP ONs that are not mirrored to go with the ROSE colored frame? The business said I could not have a spare. As of yet, I have not purchased them from this business. Please help to answer this important question as I LOVE the frames and thee magnet idea!!

The glasses I ordered arrived in a glasses container that was not long enough for the glasses inside of them, there was what looked like engravings from the lens sides on the inside of the container which makes me think that it was the flawed packaging that slightly bent my glasses. So for the future I would really suggest either getting perfectly fitting container for the glasses or resorting to some other method of packaging the glasses. Also after I went to an optician I was informed that the lens I ordered with the frames were slightly off at the axis or something, but I wasn't expecting great lenses in the first place so I wasn't bothered by it since they were basic free ones. Other than that, the order was quick and easy, the customer service is good and the glasses I ordered are very nice.
