I returned some shoes and there returns policy is really easy. It was back in my bank within a few days They even send you a postage sticker. I also returned a tote bag, but this took a bit longer for the refund to be returned So I emailed customer services and they replied straight away. I sent proof of postage and then try found the parcel and refunded me. They were very prompt with the refund. A lady called kamila was very helpful and kept emailing me till it was sorted. Amazing products. Thankyou for your service.

I booked a birthday appointment at the Stow in the Wold branch for my daughter's 21st birthday. We had a great time. My daughter was given a couple of gifts which was a lovely surprise. The lady who served us was lovely and very helpful. The store is lovely.

Visited the tent several times at Badminton Horse trials Jojo was fabulous! She gave us such a lovely welcome to the stand and was so friendly and helpful! Wish she could welcome everyone at all your stores. Between the group of us that went we own 5 pairs of f&f shoes, 2 bags and a hat. Can’t fault the quality but the excellent customer service and experience really makes it.
