Fanttik – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Got my tire inflator and it was missing the hose contacted them and David a customer service rep apologized and said he would get one sent out right away and got my address Two days later another rep said I needed to take the item back to Costco and get a refund Problem is my cosco is 30 miles away and they don't carry the item so I would then have to order online again So they lied to me and then do nothing to correct THEIR issue MESSAGES TO THEM REGARDING THIS GO UNANSWERED STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This company has the worst customer service I have ever had. I purchased something for my spouse and he already had the item. The product was unopened and I contacted them 2 days after Christmas. They refused to return my item and even refused to let me speak to a manager. Terrible!! Buy your products somewhere else!!!!

Do not buy from this company!! Total scam/ thieves! Bought Apex 8 inflator in Aug; fully charged in Oct. and defective- lost 50% charge in 12 minutes trying to top off tires-took 12 minutes for 8 lbs. sent 5 emails to return for refund- finally sent return shipping label that I have to pay for for defective product. sent back 2 weeks ago and no refund, do response. this company is a bunch of stealing CROOKS! Stole 87.00 from me/ DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

After receiving a order number and confirmation number I am still waiting for my airpump. There is no way to contact Fanttik directly.The two Phone numbers (516)927-8658 and (347)307-8952 they provide you with are bogus. Beware! Do not Order directly from this company. I am happy to report that I did finally receivew the Air inflator Fantttik The x8 Apex Inflator is great, but it is frustrating that you cannot call Fanttik directly.

Don’t buy any product from Fanttik. There’s no way to call them to ask them a question or ask them about their products. The phone number that’s given is a voice mailbox that’s always full. I purchased a T8 Apex jump starter and I so regret it. I thought this was gonna be a good company to deal with but they’re not. Run away from these people as fast as you can.
