Fashion To Figure – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This company used to be so much better. I ordered from them a month ago and have yet to receive my package. They don't actually have a customer service number, even though there is one on their website. I have been emailing with them since last week, and they just keep saying the warehouse is researching my order. This is such horrible customer service, and I don't know what to do at this point.

Please make sure your items are returnable before ordering. It took forever to receive my items only to get them and they look nothing like the picture. It took forever to get the website to send me a return label. My items cost $76. I was only authorized $5.16 if I returned the items. You pay for shipping and processing fees. This company is horrible !!

Has anybody got their orders?I ordered over a month ago 2 items.I have not seen my items.They took the money out of my bank and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone Now I'm getting worried I might have to call my bank so they won't go back into my account, especially if this is a scam.

I must have been lucky..phew...loved what I bought. Everything fit like it was supposed to and quality was pretty good. Fortunately I forgot to read the reviews because if I had I would not have purchased anything and would have missed these items I am happy with.

I'm glad I read the reviews before I made such a big order. Thanks for your opinion.
