FOCO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Was nervous to order due to such negative reviews. My order was delivered promptly with everything in excellent condition. Can’t fault and would order again!

I really panicked as I brought my son a Mark Noble 16 West Ham scarf (via Facebook advert) before reading the company’s reviews! Thought I’d been had and was grateful I hadn’t lost out more than £20. But order arrived today with no issues! I got full tracking via Royal Mail and it arrived within 4 days of ordering! It has all the official merchandise labels on and looks to be good quality so no complaints from us

Fantastic service. We had really quick delivery. There was an issue with the item but when I contacted customer services I had a really quick and efficient response, the replacement pieces were posted out immediately with no extra cost. Would happily but from these again

Ordered 4 gnomes, different times, but all arrived before Christmas. Each one arrived within 10 days of ordering. Good quality items.

I appreciate that not everybody has had a positive experience with FOCO but I couldn't fault them. I ordered my item the week before Christmas and it was delivered in plenty of time. The gnome that I ordered was of an excellent quality. and I look forward to seeing my husband open it on Christmas Day.
