I bought the internet fiber and still have more pauses and skips than I did with regular internet thru spectrum. Was told it would be better, but have now seen otherwise.

I had very bad experience with frontier, I get outage and when I called them they were not able to do anything online and gave me appointment after 5 days. Nothing happened during those five days, no communication, I was keep calling and they keep saying we are putting you in our priority list. I was able to get Spectrum installed same day request. When I called them for cancellation of the service the call was not answered for 2 days and finally I got hold and when I see the bill they are charging $50 for restocking fees. This is rediculous, they are not able to provide the service and even looting customer with such charges.

ANY OTHER INTERNET PROVIDER IS BETTER THAN FRONTIER! Their service is absolute garbage, didn't work 80% of the time. I signed up in April of 22 and paid a deposit of $100 in addition to the $39.99 for my first months service ($139.94 total). They took it upon themselves to raise my monthly rate without notice to $44.99 last April 23. Then increased it again without notice on last months bill July 23 to $59.99. Then when I went to cancel they inform me of the $50 "restocking fee" and made no mention of my "deposit" I paid. These guys are crooks; their service is worthless, their customer support is trash (likely from being badgered on a daily basis because their company is awful....not their fault really) and their policies are designed to rip you off. Only reason I signed up with them is because my house was in a rural area with few other choices. BIG MISTAKE! I will use my phone hot spot before I ever do business with this company again.

My late sister was a frontier customer. Frontier acknowledges there is a refund due but will only pay it to my sister's now unexistant bank account. In other words, they will not pay the refund and are thieves.

Don’t ever use this company they’re beyond shady first incident occurred was in 2017ish basically I owed a bill and years before 2017 and they forced my father in law to pay my bill in 2017 by throwing my bill onto his bill! they even suspended his services forcing him to pay! Fast forward to 2018 I opened an account not even 30 days later they threw a suspicious balance onto my account tried to force me to pay it and all they would say is it’s from a previous address from 2014 type stuff and of course I refused to pay it. I told them to close the account out or fix it because I am not paying for an account that I don’t owe well they turned around and put it on my credit report over 800 dollars which is pure evil at first I thought it was the fake balance that they forced my father in law to pay but no an agent told me the balance belonged to a man that I never even heard of! They refused to compensate and they got credit control corporation involved holding on to the debt which is bs because they not even trying to work with me at all. I told them I have no issues paying my debt but I refuse to pay for some random person bill that I don’t even know. but they didn’t believe me even tho I have frontier on recording and I have screenshots of everything that has taken place! I regret not suing them when I had the chance because they cost me a lot of money by switching back to Comcast and damages to my credit report! Had they not thrown someone else’s bill onto my account I wouldn’t have gotten all types of fees onto the account to begin with! Trust me stay away from them they are a headache. I hope they go out of business and I hope credit control corporations get sued & have to bankrupt just pure demons. that’s another thing they are lying about the date I opened the account and when I closed the account the account was closed within two months of opening but they’re saying it got closed 8 or 9 months later which is a lie! I went back to Comcast after the second failed balance dispute with frontier. I continue to pay the bill and then I stopped when I realized they weren’t going to fix the problem I rather deal with Comcast anytime before frontier outdated askes period!
