Harper Grey Stackable Sofa We've only just received this so cant comment on longevity, but it seems good quality and arrived on time. Nice colour, comfy to sit on. A bit like tetris to stack it so thats unlikely to be easy to do, so we will have to buy a big cover. Shame they didnt recommend one during the sale Helpful delivery team although the time-slot booking is a bit odd.

Customer services went over and above to insure our furniture arrived in time for a party ! Its absolutely gorgeous ! The only problem is the firepit table does not ignite with the ignition button . But I didn't want to wait for the exchange as I can light it with a lighter .

My furniture arrived today, and it is stunning! So worth the wait, I have left a 4 star even though the furniture is 100% 5 star worthy just because of the time it took to deliver, I did think It would never actually come! Like others I didn’t actually have any trouble contacting customer services, they always answered phone etc when called, I just didn’t ever get an honest answer about when delivery would be! I wish when ordering it said 4-6 week delivery like most of them do, then if it came sooner, BONUS but all these negative reviews etc could have been prevented with a little honesty from the customer services. But overall I am happy, just be prepared that it may take longer than advertised but is well Worth the wait in the end!

I bought a Ratten 8x seater Garden table set with ice bucket in centre of table from Garden Furniture house. From start of order to delivery , It was first class service. Bought a maze rattan corner sofa Table etc . They promised 7-14 day’s even in the current climate ... & delivered on time . After a few hiccups with the delivery firm ( only to be expected at this current time ) my sales advisor went above & beyond to make sure we received our products, emailing out of hours , just to keep me informed. Fair play an asset to the company. The product is excellent quality & will be used a lot . As a small business owner totally understand the nightmare with logistics at the present time , but the firm went out of there way to rectify the transport issue , which in theory isn’t there problem. This service goes along way with me . Highly recommended.
