I will never purchase ever again! I paid $138.00 for 2 small (7 ounce) tails. Not worth it. Buy it local.

Ordered lobster tails for a New Years Eve party and they were delivered to the wrong address! The company was extremely rude and unwilling to help! I'd encourage other customers to find a better company who values and serves their customers needs, to do business with!!

I ordered 2lbs of cooked lobster meat, immediately stored in the freezer. 2 months later, thawed it, was yellow/green, spoiled meat. Wasn't packed as should have been. Had to throw out, Mainelobster would NOT refund my money, almost $200.00, got conflicting messages from Customer support, ruined my Christmas dinner. Offering me no support. No refund. Do not order from here!!

Never received my order. I tried to contact them by email several times got no response and no one ever answers the phone. I had to dispute my purchase with my bank because they absolutely would not respond to any communication whatsoever.
