I wrote a very nasty review about this company because I submitted a request for them to edit the shipping information for a birthday gift to my daughter. I was told by Dhanica that she had contacted their warehouse and the information had been updated. When I received the shipping confirmation it showed that the information had not been updated. I wrote a review stating that Good American could not be trusted and I would never purchase anything from them again. I contacted UPS and even though my confirmation didn't show the change, the change had been made. This company went above and beyond to work with me during this process. Dhanica was very patient with me and I wasn't very nice to her. I will definitely do business with Good American in the future.
I am based in the UK and have made four purchases from Good American. It's a high price point for me but the quality of the clothes is fantastic and so flattering that I treat myself a few times a year and always, always love the items. I'd buy all my clothes from here if I could afford it. I had to send two orders back due to ordering the wrong size and both times the process has been quick and easy :-)
I highly recommend Good American jean company. Several months ago, I experienced slow delivery service and I did leave a negative review at that time. However, since that time after ordering again I have experienced superior customer service along with fast delivery at no extra charge. This company has gone above and beyond to make sure I know I am a valued customer. The jeans may seem pricey however the quality and style are superior and well worth the purchase price. I have a hard to fit body type so I simply cannot go in a box store and pick up a pair of jeans. Good American has been a lifesaver for me to get out of yoga pants and feel good about myself. If you are looking for superior quality and style, you will not be disappointed if you order from this company.

I ordered from the UK and they arrived in 5 working days, with free shipping. I always knew about the brand but hadn’t considered them until after having a baby. 3 months postpartum I still couldn’t get back into my pre-pregnancy jeans and was sick of wearing leggings. I ordered a pair of the good legs and the stretch and sizing is just perfect. They are so comfy and the fit (straight leg) feels current. Because of the stretch I’m sure they’ll still fit once I’ve dropped some more baby weight too so they won’t be a waste of money. I will most definitely order again and would recommend!
I really wished these jeans fit. Unfortunately I was in between sizes and would have needed the waist altered, but they did make my butt look amazing. Customer service was also great. This company is fantastic! I had been trying to buy a pair of jeans while they were on a limited sale with no luck. I was finally able to get through, and the sale ended.
