GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So I placed an order over $130 on accident! Terrifying! No like I actually started crying because this is RENT MONEY. Anyways, so I freaked out (Like one should) and have heard major negativity based on customer service and I was even more scared and cried even more. I message through every platform asking to cancel my order and alas! A very nice individual through their Instagram fixed my problem in minutes AND on the same day! Thank you Goodfair! I choose a mystery grandma sweater box and got a cute light blue collared sweater with pretty blue flowers embroidered and a red sweater with a plaid dog on it. The dog one reminds me of something a grandpa would wear to a Christmas gathering. great quality!

I have bought several blankets and quilts from Goodfair as well as some plaid button ups and I love everything they sent me!!! The blankets are such quality, I was stoked when they came! And when I was sent 1x button up that was the wrong size, their customer service was so kind and helpful and got me one of the right size. I also love that if I didnt like what they sent I can send it back for a redo and only pay the shipping costs. Very cool safety.
