Can't fault them. Easy to navigate website and ordering. Great prices and variety. Several emails to keep me informed of progress/confirmation/delivery etc. and my order delivered well packaged in only 3 days. Will definitely use again.

I have been a loyal Grape Tree customer for years, spending £1,000's! There customer service is wonderful. I have had some issues in the past with the quality of product received but their customer service team have promptly addressed any concerns I have had and left me with a good outcome. Such a fantastic range of health foods at prices I can't seem to get in any high street supermarket. I'll certainly continue to use Grape Tree for the foreseeable future and recommend others to do so who are looking for well priced health foods and supplements.

Woeful delivery service. Slow late delivery. Regarding when the delivery was going to be, I was given erroneous information on numerous occasions. I received notification to say my order was due to be delivered on Tuesday 4th April. It did not arrive that day. I waited in the entire day to accept the parcel so a complete wasted day. There was no update to tell me that the delivery wasn't actually going to be happening. Really bad tracking information and customer service there. I was then notified to say it would instead be arriving the following day. But again, it did not arrive at the indicated time. Eventually, the parcel turned up 6 hours after the indicated time it was meant to arrive at on this already behind-schedule occasion. Considering that delivery is charged at the relatively high-cost of £6.69 ... this delivery service was very poor. When a customer has been inconvenienced to this degree, there really ought to be some form of recompense. And to add, the nuts I received were so flattened and compressed, they were part ground down. Disappointed. Update 12th April 2023: The disappointment I experienced was later looked into and addressed by Grape Tree. I was satisfied with how it was handled. Credit to Grape Tree for their after sales Customer Service. My rating is adjusted accordingly.
