GUILDWARS 2 – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Absoluter Müll!!!!! Ich habe meinen Account seid über 7 JAHRE!!!!! Mit der Selben EMAIL das Passwort wird regelmäßig gewechselt und es ist der höchste Accountschutz der geht!! Seit 1 Woche wird GRUNDLOS ständig mein Account gesperrt!! Ich bin ne Mutter mit wenig Zeit!!! Seit 7 Tage schon 3 mal GEBANNT! AUs "Sicherheitsgründen" jedesmal ist es was anderes als letztes sollte ich meien Email ändern da die nicht sicher wäre, obwohl dieser Account mit dieser Email vor 7 JAHREN eröffnet wurde!!! Ich hab kein Bock mehr!!! Ich benutze weder Cheats noch sonst irgendeinen Mist ich halte nichts vom CHEATEN! Alles was ich tue sind DAILYS, Events, farmen (EIGENHÄNDIG!!!! max. 50 Pflanzen inkl Erze und Holz!) und meinen Beruf skillen DAS WARS!!!!! Und dafür erhalte ich binnen 1 Woche GRUNDLOS 3 ACCOUNT SPERREN!!!!!! 1 Tag gesperrt 1 tag Frei dannfolgt direkt die nächste SPERRE!!!! -.- Ich hab für das blöde Spiel BEZAHLT! ALso will ichs auch SPIELEN!! -.- Für mich ist jetzt ENDGÜLTIG SCHLUSS mit dem SPiel ich hab dafür weder NERVEN noch ZEIT!!!! Dann geh ich halt wieder zu WOW da wird man wenigstens nicht ständig GESPERRT!

This game does not tell you anything which would be fine if it wasn't just straight up telling you the wrong thing sometimes. My most recent example would be that I have been grinding like crazy to get my first bit of legendary armor through PvP. Today, the window said the season ends at 20:00, just enough time for me to get one last reward chest for the 100 ascended glory shards, the last thing I need. Turns out it is using a timezone in the ocean somewhere and never put anything like GMT or any other indication that it wasn't the local time zone. So I pretty much spent all day working at getting this one piece which I will now have to pretty much start over to now obtain in the next season which starts tomorrow. It is a pretty fun game and has a great story and gameplay, but there are just too many of these little things including them never changing older achievements required for masteries that are a total slog and do not compare at all to the newer masteries which is actual fun gameplay that isn't too repetitive to obtain. The community is okay, although they pat themselves on the back way too much for not being as toxic as other MMOs like WoW, which is kind of setting the bar really low to be honest. Especially since the community is still toxic in a lot of content except maybe open world PvE. Even then, I have experienced players completely ignoring that they're training 6 veteran and elite enemies to you while you're doing something because they can't be bothered to either clear or move around them. Not to mention, high level characters coming into starting areas to slam through events for their own little achievements with absolutely zero regard for the fact that other players can't get a single hit in to get credit for that event when these higher level characters would have just as easy a time in a zone that is closer to their level. Balance right now between classes is abysmal. You can definitely tell there are a few favored classes, that can provide anything and everything you need while other classes which may have once been useful have been completely nerfed to the ground. You can still play these other classes and get away with it, which is the statement they hide behind, but in all honesty, if you can bring a class that can heal, provide boons to everyone, and do great dps, why would anyone want anything else? In conclusion, I still do think it's a great game and it has definitely come a long way from its beginnings, but upon reaching end game content, it really has a lot of issues to resolve from the nightmarishly complicated undertaking of trying to find a decent balance of classes without having to completely nerf current ones that perform well to the simplest of things like putting a timezone on the announcements so someone isn't wasting an entire day for absolutely nothing.

Customer Service helped me greatly recovering an old account of mine. Competent, relatively fast (That always depends on their current workingload I assume which is normal) and friendly.

Jeu sympa, bien que moche et générique pour 2022, passerait encore si ce jeu ne plantait pas régulièrement pendant les temps de chargements. (Ça n'arrive pas à tout le monde mais visiblement tout de même à beaucoup) Mais les points noirs rédhibitoires pour moi concernent: -La lenteur à peine croyable avant de pouvoir profiter de son achat...Obligé d'attendre 96h pendant lesquelles ont a accès à rien de ce que l'on a payé... -Les "micro" transactions totalement abusives et omniprésentes, 10€ pour changer de nom, 10€ pour rajouter un emplacement à la banque etc etc etc... La moindre petite option est payante et rend le jeu infiniment plus cher. Totalement honteux !! Ce sont des options de base qui sont naturellement gratuites dans n'importe quel mmo payant qui soit.. Et je comprend bien qu'il faille de l'argent pour continuer d'actualiser le jeu mais il y a une limite entre la nécessité et l'abus total...

El servicio de soporte, cuando te surge un problema, siempre tratarán de decirte que con eso no te pueden ayudar o, que es problema tuyo. Además, el soporte en español es bastante malo, trata de hacerlo en inglés e igual si los astros se alínean te ayudan.

Amazing game for both full-time like gamers and part-time/casual gamers. Amazing graphic, sound, story and events keep the game moving. Looking forward to the expansion too.

Contacted customer services after losing access to my account, and I was really impressed with how well they handled my queries and how quickly I was able to get back into my account.
