I love the filter just hate the cost. My wife is adult onsite asthmatic so no choice. Wish you had discounts. It really helps her.

Order was placed on June 19th and received on July 21st. I love quality of Hathaway filters. Not necessarily fault of company.

I love the product and I drastically noticed a difference in my air quality. However, after I placed a replacement filter order, it took about a month before it was shipped.

I like my hathspace air purifier works great! Very happy with it. My unhappiness comes in when I have to change the filter and there is no way to recycle it. How about a prepaid return envelope that I use to send it back to you and you figure out a way to use it in making my next filter? Products that don’t recycle yet have a big footprint don’t get used long at my house.
