pessima esperienza. Effettuato ordine superiore a 35 euro sull'ecommerce havaianas e per questo tipo di spesa avrei dovuto ricevere in omaggio un materassino da spiaggia. Materassino non ricevuto, e quando ho provato a chiamare al customer care "Havaianas" per avere info, ha risposto una persona di nome Vittorio che dai modi pessimi non aveva alcun interesse a sentire la mia lamentela per non aver ricevuto quello per cui avevo ordinato, e quindi a trovare un modo per risolvere la mia situazione, o quantomeno ad esporre il problema ai responsabili dell'azienda. Consiglio vivamente di non acquistare dal loro e-commerce
È il terzo, se non quarto, acquisto che faccio sul sito ufficiale di Havaianas e per la seconda volta consecutiva non ricevo quanto richiesto. Nello specifico: in entrambi i casi mancava un paio di infradito. Non credo che un'azienda come Havaianas o comunque il rivenditore ufficiale non riesca a tenere aggiornato il sito. A me sembra che vogliano attirarti con i modelli più belli per poi non mandarteli e renderli nuovamente disponibili a prezzo intero, senza alcuna promozione. Poi il rimborso deve essere richiesto, non avviene in automatico. Non ho alcun suggerimento di miglioramento se non essere più precisi e onesti nelle vendite. I prodotti, quando arrivano, sono di buona qualità.
In passato le adoravo, ora sono diventate una cinesesata schifosissima. Ho comprato quattro paia diverse e usandole solo in casa (poco perchè cammino sempre scalzo) si sono rotte quasi tutte. Imbarazzante anche Servizio Clienti che non me le ha cambiate, ma mi ha semplicemente fatto un buono acquisto di un valore inferiore rispetto a quello speso. Le infradito non sono durate neanche sei mesi. Aggiungo un pezzo alla recensione: le ultime mi si sono rotte questa mattina ed erano praticamente NUOVE, la stampa è immacolata. Altre invece si sono scolorite dopo 1 settimana. Insomma, mai più per quel che mi riguarda.

Beware of buying from this website. Slides arrived and they are MASSIVE. Not fit for purpose or as advertised but customer service on two occasions said they come up big and I should have ordered a size smaller. I would have needed to order 3 sizes smaller for them to fit! I have also seen them in store since and they are sold in the mens section only which may account for how huge they are. I just wanted to return them free of charge but they insist I have to pay £3.90 or travel from Buckinghamshire to Central London to return them to their store in Carnaby Street. Terrible customer service, I won't be ordering again.
Ik ben braziliaanse en ik heb altijd Havaianas gekocht, laatst jaar toen ik in Brazilië was, kocht een nieuwe Havaianas(okt 21). Gisteren was het kapot, minder dan 1 jaar, belachelijk, nooit meer.
Ne ho regalate due paia alla mia ragazza. Comprate in due negozi diversi Si sono rotte tutte nello stesso modo, cioè all' intersezione dell' infradito con il piattello di tenuta. Non valgono la spesa.
Good quality, good shipping (in Italy), cool flip-flops, BUT too expensive in my opinion. It is clear the price depends not only on the quality, but on the brand too. Anyways, I knew it before I bought them so it was my choice.
Cool flip flops, good discount, but still pricy for what they are hence only 4 *. Came in a great box that my 2 year old has made into a house for her favourite teddy.
