HDIS – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I love HDIS. I felt like I had reunited with them. Because I had used them many years ago. Stopped using them for a while, and now have reunited with them again. Because of not wanting to feel embarrassed, or ashamed in the grocery store anymore. For having feminine hygiene pads in my cart. My second order with them is on its way, and I can’t be more happier. Being on their personalized delivery plan is a godsend. I still have stuff left over from the first order. So, I haven’t completely run out yet.

Outstanding and respectful Customer Care when I had a sizing issue. I look forward to working toward a successful resolution moving forward.

Ya'll are the BEST!!! I've been a customer for a year now and always had exceptional service with HDIS. Not just the products you have to select from, not just the delivery time being always on point, but the service I get when I call in to speak to a representative is definitely superb!!!! I just got off the phone with Sherry :) She is priceless~ It is so nice to call in and talk to someone who really cares! Thank you HDIS and thank you Sherry! Ya'll never disappoint.

I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone. I often think of the HDIS representatives and try to use their kind and helpful service as a role model in my own work.

Geepers!! Sad to see so many negative reviews…I am certain that supply chains have recently disrupted what is normal. Have used HDIS happily for over 30 years. We are a 2 generation family…first my mom…now me, aged 87. It was/is comforting to rely on HDIS. Mom and I were home bound many years. Although there is a super Walmart 3miles from here, home delivery makes sense. I have lots of storage space so I order for 6 months. Never, in all that time, have I experienced anything than friendly, rapid, professional service. The products are top quality. Those of you who have had problems, please give them a second chance. PS At ST. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT, I was given stretchable, disposable mesh pants. They are incredibly functional. Wish I could order them from you.
