Asking me for a review before I have received my first copy !!!!

After a difficult process trying to cancel my subscription I received an email in March to say it was cancelled and no more payments would be taken. However Hearst continue to bill me and when I log in online it still says I have a subscription.

I was trying to cancel my subscription for over a year - still no results. After numerous emails without any replies I just gave up. Not good service. Not happy at all!

It’s amazing, I have cancelled the subscription twice and you keep sending it to me. It was a bad move subscribing to men’s health. Basically, a glossy advertising platform for very expensive articles. PLEASE STOP SENDING IT !!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Cancelled my subscription to Country Living months ago via the website and has ever since shown the subscription as expired. So I was shocked and angry that with absolutely no notice they have taken a further subscription payment from my account. I contacted the company via email on August 18th still no response. Terrible service will not use again. Edit - 6 days after leaving review and still no response. No response to my emails either. Customers have left similar reviews on here after me and been responded to. Absolutely disgusting service from this company. I just want to cancel the subscription which was done months ago. Please confirm it's cancelled and refund my money. Edit - 31-08 customer service have now finally engaged in conversation with me in the response below. My review has been somewhat discredited by them claiming to have requested information from me via Trustpilot, which I can confirm is not the case. I can provide dated images to show my two attempts to contact you via email to which both were ignored. Miraculously now however despite me not providing any further information they have managed to locate my account. This really is far too time consuming and stressful to be honest. I no longer require the subscription and have made this clear months ago. My simple request is for you to cancel the subscription. And refund the payment you have taken incorrectly. 1/9 - customer service have contacted me via phone call. The subscription has been confirmed as cancelled and a refund has been issued. The agent was understanding and sorted the issue quickly. Unfortunatley the experience has been so unnecessarily difficult and stressful that I am unable to change my review and will not be returning to this company.
