Henry Rose – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Tried to cancel an order I placed two weeks ago. Three emails to them have gotten no response. Shows order is still processing, so not sure what’s happening. I received a travel Smyth that either had leaked out or was already used (1/4 gone). Wish there was a phone number for customer service. Won’t order again from Henry Rose website.

The refund process is sketchy. I returned a perfume that made me feel ill. Paid for the return shipping myself (they do not provide free return shipping.) I then waited a month for a refund. Despite tracking showing it was delivered to them, they kept saying they didn’t receive. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Henry Rose never refunded.

The actual perfumes smell great, but non-existent customer service. I was only shipped half of my order, I am still waiting for a response after a MONTH. I have sent 3 emails and multiple instagram messages. I receive an automated reply to my emails, so I know they are going to the correct address. Appalling experience with the customer service.
