I purchased a refurbished Max3 Electric scooter from HiBoy about 3 weeks ago. I am very impressed with the scooter overall. The scooter feels/looks a lot more durable than other electric scooters I’ve received. It’s quite a bit bigger than other electric scooters in that price range, which is great for my son who is a college student. Another selling point for me was the HiBoy Warranty, which was one of the best warranties for that price range. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Excellent customer service. Purchased the DK bike on Amazon and had a problem which was easily diagnosed and part was replaced after sending a video and answering some questions. My son is 7 and he rides this bike every day. The battery life is great- so happy- will definitely buy Hiboy products in the future. Highly recommended.

Loving my new S2 scooter but unable to connect to app. Not a big deal tho. Runs great. I have a short commute to work and gym and home.
