Holly and Beau – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered on April 20, 2023. Shipping indicated 5-8 business days. When I track the order, I see the message, "You’ll receive an email when your order is ready."I have emailed multiple Holly and Beau email addresses and NO RESPONSE!!!!

Ordered and delivered within 4 days. Great birthday gift, she loves it! She also stands in the shower with the coat on when its not raining

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered! I am facing the same problem. No one to speak with,just email. Iplaced an order and keep being told it will ship next week,then the next. I still have no confirmation as to when it is going to ship. I keep being told it was out of stock, if that were true I should nothave been able to order what I wanted. I want a CALL BACK!!!!

Soooo they have shipped my order! Looking forward to this. They don't have a phone number, so the earlier 1-star review was meant to get their attention -- which it did. I am looking forward to receiving the raincoat for my little guy. Thank you!

Never received my order. The company kept saying "it will ship next week"... But after 4 months I have no faith. They have been ignoring my requests for an update for the past month. Edit: Customer service finally got back in touch with me after noticing my negative review here. Which they have flagged as being harmful or illegal. I won't be silenced. Don't buy from this company.

Our grandchildren simply love their Dino, Unicorn, and Animal raincoats. They are great products! On a related note, one of the raincoats got inadvertently sent to the wrong address. Fleur, from Service Support, was wonderful in tracking down the jacket and having it sent to the correct address. Thank you, Fleur, for your outstanding customer service.

My Daughter LOVES this raincoat. Its light weight and adorable. It has become a huge hit for her at school with her friends and teachers gathering around to watch it magically change colors when the rain hits. The teachers said it has become the talk of the class on the playground (great way to get shy kids more positive attention). We ordered one for my son, the one with the dogs, he's a little to young to wear it so its large, but I fell in love with the design so I purchased it for him to save in the next few years to wear. Beautiful product. We did have a little bit of a shipping delay like most companies experience around the holiday season, the customer service was wonderful. She emailed me back ASAP and was working hard to help. Luckily the product did show up a day or two after. we couldn't love it anymore. Thank you Holly & Beau

super super I got the rain coat and umbrella , Its super cool, he love the rain more from now on, and excited to show friends it change color when rain on it, Its so amazing, my boy love so much the design and very happy with it

Fantastic children's raincoats! All three of our kids love their Holly and Beau raincoats!! The colours are so vibrant and the designs are super cool :-)

I bought the pink cupcake jacket and matching umbrella for my niece. She loves these and even when its not raining still want to put them on. Well made and look great. Great little company.
