HotTopic – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve only been to Hot Topic twice but both times I spoke to the same employee. The employee’s name was Chris and he was very nice (he also complimented my Billie Eilish shirt). Chris was super friendly and made me want to visit again. The two times I’ve been there we’ve had nice conversations that I really enjoyed. All the employees were super kind and helpful, this is the kind of customer service we need everywhere else. I also love the whole aesthetic/vibe of the store, it feels very welcoming and I love all of the graphic tee’s. I hope one day I can work there when I’m older and have amazing co-workers like the ones I met when I went. I can’t wait to go there again to see all their merchandise and to hopefully have more nice conversations with the employees.

Jenae at Chesterfield Towne Center location in Virginia was fabulous this week and previously as well. She is friendly and helpful, greets and welcomes shoppers, and assists with getting merchandise needed to try on. She offered to place items at the checkout counter until we finished shopping and shared that she recalled us shopping previously. She asked if we wanted to use our reward amount toward this purchase. My granddaughter is a teen and this is her favorite store. She is not trying to be trendy; just to find clothing and accessories she enjoys. The encouragement to earn coupons for special shopping dates and even to call us to remind us helps us take advantage of savings. Hats off to Jenae (39914) for her assistance and kudos for just visiting a bit.

I absolutely love hot topic they have everything you could possibly want. Everything from jewelry to horror products and funny stuff and of course goth and langeria items. I always walk out happy and the staff works hard and are very cool and hip non judgmental in the store.

Sales person RAVEN knew where everything i asked for was located. From the neon green belt to the green plaid skirt. Second time I’ve been there in a week, shopping for homecoming outfit for granddaughter, RAVEN even recognized me. HOT TOPIC will always be my first stop at the mall!

The customer service in-store is great! Hot topic at The Shoppe Carlsbad is the best store yet!

Hot topic is one of my favorite stores personally. I cannot give any reviews based off the actual website but I have rather positive reviews in real life shopping/visits. The prices for the store overall is not very good and is rather pricey or even overpriced. If you want to get something cheap, do not go here for that as you will be spending 40 dollars and over. Now, please listen when I do say that even though the clothes and accessories in the store can be pricey, it is still rather a very warm and welcoming place despite its themes. The people who work there have always offered to help me or ask if I needed help. And some even telling you before hand if there is a problem in their store and preparing you for anything before you buy an item. The cashiers even sometimes engage in fun conversations with you if you buy band t-shirts or even an anime t-shirt. Basically any sort of reference, some will not be afraid to say anything about it. If you engage in conversation with them first, they will still give you an overall nice and kind reply to your purchases. A real life experience is better than online and the atmosphere is way more welcoming and rather worth it. However, getting limited edition products there will be hard to achieve both online and in real life if you do not purchase/preorder in time.

There was a small mixup with my order- the price on some items I purchased changed 54 minutes after I made the order, but the website hadn't updated to reflect this yet. When I saw what I was charged, I contacted customer service about it and they promptly helped me by refunding the difference and were very polite about it the entire time. I was a little nervous because of how negative some of these reviews are, but I'm very happy with my interaction with Hot Topic.

I purchased this product, Funko Disney Villains Diamond Collection Pop! Maleficent On Throne, and am happy with my purchase, I received it in good condition, well packaged.
