So on the date of experience 3-14-23 I used the virtual assistant after the I found out my hp omen desktop was DOA... the virtual assistant wasn't cutting it as far as needs so I put a request through it to talk to someone the individual on man on tech support did great and listened. so he wired me to see about get it repaired or replaced as I said whichever would would be quicker and the individual did a phenomenal job. She was very nice and very personable and helped me tremendously frankly hp/ omen needs to do everything they can to keep her, because some is great asset to the company as she gave the the company someone felt I could trust to help me as a customer. See I usually had tendency to avoid or dread such needs but on this date I wouldn't mind needing to get help again.

Ich kann die Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Mein erster Drucker war mit 16 ein HP Drucker... der hielt jetzt 10 Jahre bis die Blätter nicht mehr gut gedruckt wurden. Mein neuer Drucker ist daher wieder von HP. Programmierung war kinderleicht und funktionierte sofort. Die Patronen halten bei mir ewig. Ich kann nix sagen, außer das ich die Patronen teuer finde... aber das ist ja bei jeder Marke so. Liebe Grüße 😊

I don't understand why so many people gave HP bad reviews. I have purchased nothing but HP products since the early 1990s. I am a retired IT manager and only let HP products come into the company. During the 18 years I was there, I don't recall a SINGLE problem. I bought a multi function printer for personal use in February of 2017. It was refurbished and as of today, 02.26.23, it still operates like a new printer! I have only needed to contact HP support once and it was a good experience.

Also was soll ich sagen bis jetzt waren meine Erfahrungen mit dem Reperaturservice Top. Da sich mein Laptop aktuell in der Reparatur befindet ist das hier allerdings noch keine Abschließende Bewertung. Mein HP Omen Gaming-Laptop zweigte ständig eine Fehlermeldung mit dem Lüfter, das ich selbst nicht beheben konnte. Deshalb kontaktierte ich den Whatsapp support und muss sagen die Dame hat gute Arbeit geleistet und mit viele Tipps gegeben, wie ich mein Gerät reparieren kann. Lediglich an dem Übersetzter sollte HP nochmal arbeiten und auch daran, dass vorgefertigte Nachrichten manchmal zwei mal kommen. Ich habe zusätzlich auch den Telefonservice ausprobiert: Von dem bin ich begeistert. Am Telefon war ein grummeliger Mann der aber super lieb mit mir gefachsimpelt hat, wodurch mein Problem auch vorerst behoben werden konnte. Als das Problem allerdings wieder auftrat ärgerte ich mich und kontaktierte wieder den Whatsappsupport. Ich hatte bedenken, da genau jetzt auch noch meine Garantie abgelaufen war. Allerdings versicherte mir der Support, dass das gar kein Problem sei, weil das Problem ja vor den Ende der Garantie schon aufgetreten ist. Ich bekam also ein Paket von HP, um den Laptop zu verpacken und ihn zur Reparatur auf ihre Kosten einzusenden. Das tat ich dann auch und jetzt warte ich darauf, dass mein Laptop wieder kommt (dann update ich die Bewertung). Mir war es wichtig diese Bewertung zu schreiben, da mich die extrem schlechten Bewertungen selbst sehr abschreckten. Wenn sich die Qualität des Supports aber so hält werde ich auf jeden Fall meine Garantie verlängern und HP weiterempfehlen. Edit 27.02.23: Heute kam (nach genau 7 Tagen) der Laptop wieder und das Problem scheint weg zu sein. Also ich bin sehr begeistert vom HP support.

Habe über einen Händler einen HP Gaming PC gekauft. Leider ist mir der PC bei jeglichen Spielen immer wieder aufs Neue komplett abgeschmiert. Habe mich daher an den HP WhatsApp Kunden Support gewendet und eine - in meinen Augen - überragende Support-Erfahrung gemacht. Da das Problem für mich nicht zeitkritisch war, war es für mich in Ordnung, dass der Prozess über mehrere Tage lief. Über den WhatsApp Chat habe ich diverse Lösungsvorschläge erhalten, die leider alle nicht funktioniert haben. Am Ende hat HP mir Packmaterial inkl. Versand-Label geschickt. Der PC wurde dann von einem Kurier abgeholt und vom HP Customer Service untersucht. Tatsächlich gab es eine kaputte technische Komponente, die ausgetauscht wurde. Der PC wurde mir wieder zugesandt und jetzt läuft alles einwandfrei. Vom Erhalt des Packmaterials bis der PC repariert wieder bei mir war ist ca. 1 Woche vergangen. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und ab sofort "Fan" von WhatsApp Service Kontakten.

Just looked at some ratings! MY experience is - I have had an HP printer for a lot of years, never had any problems and HP ink service has never let me down although I was very active a few years ago I computed every day, now retired (a number of years) but needed to replace my old device. Just purchased a new computer after searching some comparisons on many manufacturers offers for what I need, found the HP All in One on the HP website Delighted with my choice of HP24 All in One. Highly recommend!

Great website, but the laptop battery leaks quickly

I received my new Color Jet Color MFP printer. I unpacked it and took out the setup documents. It directed me to an HP website to download the drivers. The list did not show my printer. So I called HP Technical Support on a Saturday afternoon. I got through to Technical Support within 5 minutes. And I spoke to Tom Ellis. He understood my problem and took over my computer. For the next 90 minutes he downloaded the drivers on 2 of my laptops and checked to make sure that all functions operated correctly. I have been an HP customer for over 12 years. I have bought many laptops and several printers. I have never had an issue with the quality of their products or customer support whether speaking to someone in the USA or India. I see many negative reviews but that has never been my own experience.
