I like the over 60s Tuesday discount, more supermarkets should offer this. I buy very few things from Iceland so I select carefully. I have been very impressed with their fish, it’s good quality and fresh. Also their desserts. Will be returning.

Everything turned up and still frozen. Hate hate hate the big plastic bags iceland have started using for online deliveries. These bags cost me £1 for 2 yet cannot be reused in any way. Why can Iceland not use normal carrier bags. I tried to complain last time I had a delivery but same as other people have found, customer service just never respond.
Very nice food delivered same day. I particularly like the biryani it was epic! I generally use Oakhouse who too are very good but much more expensive. The £1 beef lasagna was too amazingly good, nice delivery driver too. Can’t fault Iceland it’s darn good value too.
Bad advertising says on mobile app for every £20 you load onto your bonus card between 2nd and 7th June 2023 limited time offer. You can double your bonus £2 BACK FOR EVERY £20 So I loaded £100 only received £5 What dishonest advertising very disappointed. Update 9 June 2023 Hello Thank you for taking part in our recent online savings promotion. Your extra bonus of £5.00 has now been loaded to your card ending 000.
