The front desk service (Sara) was super helpful. Thee house keeping service was great. Also the breakfast was amazing Mary and Matt are very kind and helpful. The food was great. Thank you so much. We will be coming back again.

Rang a lady called Rose at IHG Credit Card Customer Services and she was an absolute star in sorting out some transactional queries on my latest statement.

Stayed at Litchfield Holiday Inn with my girlfriend . The staff were excellent and very welcoming . Nothing was too much trouble for them . Thankyou to Jack and Gianni for making our stay memorable . Thanks Guys. Definitely be back

Recently stayed at Liverpool - Royal Albert Dock for 1 night and a meeting event. Booked direct with Jenni who made the process incredibly simple and professional. We travelled from Holiday Inn Manchester West where we had just had another great meeting but were feeling very tired. Welcomed by Patrick and Sophie who were both fantastic. Patrick even helped us unload all of equipment for the meeting the following day which was hugely appreciated after we had been working for over 12 hours. Our room was beautiful with such an amazing view, we were blown away in comparison to other rooms we have stayed in with Holiday Inn hotels nationally. On the day of the meeting all the staff could not do enough for us and all went out of their way to help make our meeting a success. Tash overheard me mention I was struggling to claim IHG points for meetings I have had and went out of her way to help try to resolve this! Upon checkout, Jon helped with the last few bits of admin I needed to resolve before we headed back home to Yorkshire. I have 5 more events with Holiday Inn throughout the UK and I hope they are all as brilliant as the team at Liverpool - Royal Albert Dock!
