It’s too heavy. Would be better if if it was lighter

Portable batteries arrived unwrapped contacts looking used. They discharge fast when unit turned off. Full charge at midnight, 10% in morning. I think I received demo batteries. Otherwise, both units perform as expected. Also, wish there was not an accessory bag for cords etc. like past units from other makers. Makes travel difficult.

I thought it would be quieter than it is. It clicks every 3 seconds or so, but not quietly.

I had to replace my G5 unit three times since my initial purchase.

Like the oxygenation My wife using and she has lung cancer and COPD Needs to wear when walking. Unfortunately, this unit has ended up being too heavy for her and she is not utilizing to its fullest. Wish she had the lighter unit

There Is No Way The Battery Last Up To 5 Hours. Had Mine On Two Litres, And Barely Got 2 Hours Battery Life From It. Plus Sales Person Didn't Tell Me I Can Have Medicare Pay For It. The Told Me Not To Go Through Medicare. They Signed Me Up With Care Credit On A four Year Payment Plan. Where As With Medicare It Wouldn't Cost Me Anything.

Good at first but now my prescription is 6 liters so the machine is of no use. I’ll be trying to get rid of it

Inogen 5 is very reliable and rugged. Only issue: Buyer Beware: 16cell batteries cost app. 500 each, HOWEVER only warranties for 1 year!!! How ridiculous is that??

I have yet to receive my order. I was told it would be a two day arrival UPS. The device was sent ground 5-7 days. The sales person was very helpful over the phone and with follow up for the prescription order. However, it was not addressed to me but to my mother when it should have been to me care of my mother. My unit number was not provided to the shipper at the time of order. If you need this as quickly as I did, it is a disappointment. I called during business hours and was told both the sales person and sales supervisor were out of the office. Oxygen is important especially for travel to doctor appointments or to a respiratory therapist. A patient should not have to wait more than 24 hours for something promised.

The gap between the Inogen's pleasant, well meaning customer service agents...and the company's execution of the agreements and promises made by said agents, appears so far to be wider than the Grand Canyon. I feel for the customer service dept. and those working within it who try their best to make and keep happy customers. Credit to them. As for the Company itself...so far it's been a trail of exasperating missteps that the above mentioned customer service agents have tried, diligently, to fix. It's taken forever but I now believe the many issues I experienced with the company's dropping of many balls -- have been satisfied. I'll keep an open mind. As for the product -- a G4 portable concentrator. I'll let you know. It just arrived...finally. I surely hope it works as advertised. We shall see. Stay tuned.
