KandyPens – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought a K-Vape Pro in the summer of 2020 and it worked perfectly well for a couple years but stopped heating up recently. I emailed KandyPens explaining the issue and a customer service representative got back to me within two hours to determine my case's eligibility for the lifetime warranty on the battery (thank you, David!). He had clearly read what I sent rather than sending a boilerplate response and asked for a short video demonstrating what I described so he could confirm it was a battery issue. They shipped a replacement to me in London at no extra cost (arrived 15 February, so within two weeks). Really pleasantly surprised at this standard of customer service!

I can not highly enough about the customer service this company is on point what a smooth process on there warranty had new product in days thank you again for your GREAT customer service.

I had a pleasant experience with kandy pens. My oura wasn’t working and they were quick to fix it and diagnose the issue.

Updated to 5 stars. Great customer service. Contacted support and they sent me a new pen that day. New one works great. Brand new c box pro. Charged it out of box, red LED light appears as expected. Never turns off, unit will not turn on. Totally useless right out of the box. Auto reply received from customer support says to expect delays. What a crock. Don’t buy their products, very likely will not work…wasting your time and money. The C Box Pro sure looks nice, but would be nice if it actually worked.

This company has gone above and beyond for me! I'm a UK customer, so I usually like to keep things close to home, but I went against that and I couldn't be happier. The crystal 2 is my first dab pen, however, I researched for a whole month before making my move. Before this I've only used concentrates via vape carts and boy I was getting sick of 1) the cost of them, 2) the constant faf on with leakage, filling and the kit you need for that, and 3) even the best quality carts burning out before all my product has been used, which takes me back to number 2. As an occasional hitter, this baby hit the spot in two tugs, I was right where I wanted to be! There is a bit of a learning curve with this device, which I found fun, ha, so don't be put off if your not getting there straight off the bat. Kandypens customer service are their to help and they emailed me within 24 hours, every time I had a question, and I had a few, ha. I can't speak enough about how helpful kandypens customer support has been, I didn't even get this kind of service when I bought a £12k cat, seriously! These bucket style dab pens are a solid replacement for cartridges! Yes you have to clean it after each session, but what the hell don't you have to clean. Small price to pay to be away from carts and its not that hard to clean either. The lifetime warranty was definitely another deal breaker, that's confidence in your product! Kandypens have a loyal customer in me and I've just ordered an oura erig from them. Love you lots guys and thanks for the, all round, great experience x

Update.... customer service was amazing and my issue was finding a cart that fit. They did the research for my area and have me options. The carts suggested worked great and the pen is pretty amazing. Updating this to 5 stars and getting me the white one... I would only suggest more colors as I really like this one. Thanks, Rudy I made the mistake of trying this company again and yeah I'm kicking myself. Pens look nice and battery is good but they never fit any carts as described. If you want to keep refilling the carts they provide I guess it would work but my carts are sealed sooooo. I got the nice one that looks like a plain pen. $80 and no carts will fit in the unit. You can remove all the cool stuff and use it like a $10 pen but why would I do that. I requested a return so we shall see. The asap rocky is cool for anything but carts as again you can only use the stick and none of the cool stuff. Lesson learned and I'm sticking with vessel going forward.

I'm was surprised to see so many negative reviews for this company. I bought a Crystal a year and a half ago and I recently had battery issues with it where it was not cycling through the temperatures correctly. The battery was also discharging and I couldn't get through more than two sessions with it. I contacted KandyPens and they were prompt in their reply. They asked for me to send videos of the problems with by Crystal and once they saw the temperature light was not cycling correctly they sent me a replacement battery free. I did have to pay for the shipping to KandyPens but it was cheap considering the small packaging. I'm impressed with the warranty service with KandyPens. I even bought a Crystal 2 so I could have two of these pens because the quality is there. I'm also not paid nor affiliated with KandyPens in any way. I choose to write good reviews for companies that I feel operate professionally and offer good service.

Hi. I use Ruby since almost a year. I started vaping with a Company product no longer existing (Vapour2 from Czech Republic). My experience with Kandy Pens is perfect. The flavor of my liquid is the best I get, compared to others battery makers. Customer service is ALWAYS reachable, for ALL request I had. Orders, technical assistance, return policy. It happened to me to send back three Ruby batteries. They cleaned them and sent me back. Please note that I live in the French Caribbean Pods sometimes get clogged. Batteries aren’t lifetime working. Are you surprised? Do you expect your home bulb lamp never burns? I’ll stay faithful to Kandy Pens. I buy directly on their Web site.

I've owned a Kandypen for about a year. Worked flawlessly until the other day. No matter what I did, the pen kept blinking 10 times. I contacted Kandypen customer service. Not only did they respond to my email within hours, they sent out a replacement the NEXT DAY. AWESOME SERVICE!! In the age of Covid 19, most businesses customer service is sorely lacking. Long waits for responses etc. They were a breath of fresh air. Excellent work guys!!!!
