Keap Customer Service I had a technical glitch in which I could not send estimates, their advanced team is working on this, and they gave me a coupon to take care of their service. I was truly impressed by their customer service managers, and response.

Even though I stopped my membership, Keap continued to invoice me for 2 months... I was frustrated & when I came here I read some people never get reimbursed... I send an email & in less than 1 week, I receive my money back. Just wanted to show some gratitude & counterbalance the latest bad reviews about this topic. During these 2 years, the client service always was responsive. I recommend if you want the Rolls Royce of email marketing.

My organization is a long-time user of Keap Max Classic and we love how powerful the automation is, and we haven't even reached the maximum of what we can do with the app. There are also a lot of features offered for the price: pipeline stages, email automation, and lead sourcing. Good network of affiliates and third party apps due to a decent API round out the benefits.

Chris was very helpful with the issue we were having the other day. He was a tad talkative, but not a big deal. Normally I appreciate the casual, friendly manner but I was under a little pressure to get the issue resolved. But no biggie. I love love love Keap! It was my first automation tool I ever purchased and CRM. It's been a staple in how I run my service-based business and I can see myself staying with this company long term as I am still using the first version, and I look forward to scaling with the additional features available. My only critique is that I wish there was a more accessible and helpful customer service experience. There have been a few times when I attempt to access my business correspondence (I use their business line feature) and it said I didn't have a number at all! In the end, nothing was lost as far as data and the app eventually refreshed but it was scary and delayed several time-sensitive client correspondences.

The team at Keap helped me to see that automation is a key factor in saving me time, money, and manual labor. Everyone that I’ve worked with while onboarding has been enthusiastic, helpful, and committed. I’m particularly excited to see how increasing our client responsiveness will help us to make a bigger difference. The reason I’m not giving Keap four stars yet is because of errors in importing my contacts, lack of true email integration (past and future emails) so that I can see all my client communications in a single place, and similarly, the lack of social messaging integrations, as so many of my client communications happen with direct messaging.

I love having Infusionsoft/Keap track where my customers and potential clients are in the process. It nurtures them, makes the sale, and collects money.

When I was introduced to Keap by a client, I thought, "Here we go with another CRM full of fluff." To my surprise it was an amazing experience. The software makes sense as you drag and drop activities to put together campaigns that resemble your business' sales and marketing. In addition, the support you get is prompt, intelligent, and courteous. I have never waited on hold. Every representative is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Most calls are 15 minutes or less because the software is user-friendly and I usually have it done correctly. So easy you think you've done it wrong! I love Keap and so do my clients.

Great system, but a bit complicated to learn.

It's the best all-round CRM, eCommerce and Marketing application on the market! Having been a user since 2010, I've watched it constantly improve its offer to small businesses. You save so much time and money using it, as you don't have to loads of other applications to manage the business. You can do it all from Infusionsoft.
