Have been trying to submit a SnoPrize credits order, but Kellogg’s website always gets hung up on one of their pages, along the way. Even managed to make it to submitting my order, once, but it would not actually complete it. I have tried on three mobile devices, a computer, used FOUR different browsers…nothing works. Even changed the settings that should matter. Kellogg’s customer support was ZERO help! With all of their timeline rules, there is no way I’ll ever be able to complete my order. If you can’t provide an operational website for customers, then stop running promotions!
Try the logging in on smart phone. Worked great and expected for me. I experienced the same as all others when I used my laptop. Don't know why mobile browser successful and not on laptop.

I also was frustrated with their website with the circular timeout icon, but after much persistence I was able to place my order for 10 books--- one-by-one-by-one. And EACH time I placed the order, I would get the timeout image. It's too bad I couldn't place all 10 books at once and avoid the hassle to log back in, and have it arrived as one shipment. The small thin books arrived INDIVIDUALLY in a brown heavy duty vacuum packed envelope at least 18"X15" which was hard to tear open. Talk about wasting paper and saving our environment. Kellogg... shame on you for not doing better as a big corporation!!
Wish I read reviews earlier about their 2022 feeding reading program. AWFUL website. Same issue with redeeming credits. After nearing to the end and trying to click on 'PLACE ORDER", a circle appears and spins for eternity. Refreshing the page does not work. Trying another browser does not work. Never had an issue previous years. KELLOGGS SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Make sure to post on their facebook/ social media accounts. Their "contact us" option is useless. Agents give a canned "not our fault, must be you" type responses.
We do this program each year and never had a problem This year the selection for older teen boys is almost non existent. The worst part though is the screen just keeps spinning. I have 9 credits to use and managed to get 3 books ordered in 2 days. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
I'm trying to redeem my $6 concession cash and I keep getting this error: Try broadening the points range to all points or select another category. I have no idea what that means. Their website is so bad and crashes all the time. Inexcusable for a company this big.

Somehow, and I think it may have been just dumb luck, I was able to redeem 8 of my ten credits over the past 24 hours. I found that logging out and waiting more than an hour before trying to order again seemed to work. In my experience only one book can be ordered at a time. Time will tell if I actually receive the books I’ve ordered.

Best customer service experience Claimed a free movie ticket was advised it would take 9-10 days to confirm eligibility for offer. This was received in a day! Then when making order for ticket I was advised it would take up to 5 days. I received an email of confirmation within 3hrs. Fantastic customer service.
