Ouch on reading the other reviews when I came here to leave mine. I ordered the K10 with UK caps and delivery from China was a very speedy 9 days. The keyboard is a delight to type on with brown switches and the metal outer frame feels very premium when you reposition the keyboard.
I ordered a Keychron keyboard directly from the manufacturer's website. The product wasn't available from any shop in my home country. The shipment arrived to Finland in just 7 working days (a lot faster than promised and no hassle with the customs). I had no issues with the shopping experience and it was easy to keep track of my order. The product itself is also very pleasing. Because I have no issues with the product, I cannot say how the customer service would have been in case I had some problem.
Third product I ordered from Keychron in 5 years, and never had any trouble with the products. The last keyboard I ordered, about a month ago, was lost by the local courrier (La Poste, France). The customer service emailed me to see if I've received my order, which wasn't the case. I had to send them a proof that my order was lost, and they resent me the exact same order in a week. Seeing all other negative reviews, maybe I am just a lucky customer, but for me it's a reliable site with good keyboards.
Habe eine Keychron K3 Ultra-slim bestellt. Leider habe ich nach ein paar Monaten gemerkt, dass eine der Pfeiltasten nicht richtig funktioniert. I have ordered the Q6 and it was delivered within a week. I had some issue with the firmware of the keyboard but was easily updated with the QMK toolbox. The whole process is explained on their website. This is my second keyboard and the first expensive keyboard as well. I do not understand some comments I read about delivery since they used DHL for the shipment to me, which was traceable and fast.
On Black Friday I placed an order for a keychron keyboard. I also asked for some extras in the notes of the order. after placing the order I heard nothing for about 10 days. I decided to contact support and it turned out that the order was on hold. I then politely asked if I could get a refund because I had changed my mind about the order. I was informed quickly that my refund would take 5-7 business days. My refund arrived 4 days later through paypal. Thanks for the good customer service. // To any potential buyers: if you are wondering what the customer service is like, if you treat them with respect, they will treat you with respect. Remember to have reasonable expectations from a company based in China, it's a lot harder for them to have good support. Also don't expect any refunds if you received your order and don't like it. Make sure you know what you're buying. Also if there are problems with your order it's on you to contact support not the other way around.
I bought the Keychron K1SE. I bought it mostly for the compatibility with Mac and it's minimal design. Recently ordered a Q5 mechanical Keyboard and because of the quite poor reviews, i paid with PayPal to be on the safe site with buyer protecion. Turned out it wasn't needed: Shipping from China to Germany was only 10 days and the whole process was well documented online. I had some questions regarding the product and the support was able to resolve them within hours. The product itself is great: Exeptional build quality and customization possibilities for a 96% mechanical keyboard. I love it! Good customer experience for me!
Keyboard shipped the day after placing my order, received it in 2 weeks, works fine as expected. Shipping is a bit expensive (25$ for a 70$ keyboard), but it is well packed and the product came intact. Not experienced the customer service as i didn't need it. Order through PayPal just in case anything happens. Company is legit.
I love my Keychron Q2. I ordered the grey/silver option and then changed out the keycap set. I ended up asking Keychron if I could buy a blue nob and they said they would just send me one for free if I paid postage. I love the keyboard and had a great experience contacting the customer service team as well. I would recommend for sure.
