Ordered an item on January 20th and just received my absolutely stunning calendar. The only issue (hence 4 stars) is how busy they seem to be. After ordering an item, I received an email with confirmation of the item being shipped (January 22nd) but no tracking number, so having in mind all of the negative reviews, I got a little bit nervous. I then contacted the customer service to ask about the tracking number but haven't heard from them. One day later, the order arrived, so I'm really happy there's no need to wait for their response. I ordered personalised items which I am aware take longer to make before shipping however it all arrived in less than a week with no problems at all. The only small issue I had was with the sign up as they were offering a £5 welcome voucher which took them 5 hours to send through rather than straightaway.
