Thanks for sending the replacement parts!!! for survey part... why is it asking me to sign up for something??? don't like that! it won't let me submit review with out going out of this program, into my email, entering a code. arrgghhh.... your old system was better and easier.

The customer service representative clearly understood the situation and handled it appropriately and quickly. I tried to handle the problem on line but it was not possible. The website is difficult if there’s a problem but informative if you’re researching the product.
