Lectric eBikes – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Love how easy it is to go uphill with my Lectric ebike. The dual battery is a game changed for longer rides. I have even gotten almost 100 miles on one charge. Brakes are solid too.

Love my bike, and the company is great too! After a brief and pleasant call, the knowledgeable customer service rep generously helped me with a shipping concern I had. Refreshing to be connected to a real person so quickly!

A lot of misleading information from this company. They seem to now be spending a lot on advertising especially on competitions YT videos and Google search. I was hesitant to let my wife buy a second bike from them. This company managed to show their true colors again and it's not good. They give away bikes to Reviewers in exchange for positive mention. So my wife placed a order for the XP 3.0 last week. Today she gets a email that they are cancelling the order ??? No phone calls just cancel it. Why because the company that's supposed to cater to RVrs said because the CC billing address is more than 1000 miles from the Shipping address?? We are in Quartzite the snowbird capital of the world! They are going to have a Tent setup here to sell bikes. They didn't bother to call and verify anything. Now her CC has a Pending transaction she has to wait to reset before she can buy from another company!!! Why I have such strong convictions about Lectric? The XP Premium we have has so many issues they refuse to address. They were supposed to send replacement parts for it back in August 2022. It's now January 2023 and nothing. They keep selling bikes but can't seem to find spare parts for existing customers!? Strike 2 I'm not letting my wife give them another Dime!!!

At 73 y/o, and partially disabled, I needed a way to get some serious exercise. Walking causes severe, debilitating, back pain and my doctors recommended looking at other options. As a kid I put hundreds of miles on a number of bicycles, but I knew that I could not ride a normal bike now. My wife and I are full-time volunteer staff members at the Flying H Youth Ranch in Naches, Washington. We live in a Park Model Tiny Home in their RV Park and host volunteers who stay here to work on projects to support the Ranch. Two years ago a couple with the SOWERS ministry (Seniors On Wheels Every Ready to Serve) had a couple of electric bikes, that they rode every day. However, they had paid over $2000 for them and I could not justify the expense. Late last fall a friend emailed me about a newer company that had a less expensive bike that was taking the industry, but storm, Lectricebikes. In April, after a bit of research, I ordered a Lectricebike XP 2.0. It was only $999.00 and the ratings on it were fantastic. Due to the weather, I did not start riding it until around the 1st of June. It is one of the best investments that I have ever made. It did not take long for me to put the first 100 miles on it, though I was limited to about 5 miles at a time. The quality and engineering of the unit is wonderful. It has 5 levels of Pedal Assist and a top speed of 28 MPH, though I have it set for 20 MPH maximum.(some state restrict the top speed to 20) and I generally only ride without any Assist. Even when riding with PA, I don't use the twist throttle, but continue to pedal so that I am getting exercise. Living in the Eastern shadow of Mt. Rainier, there are some serious hills available to ride. A 4% to 5% grade only required PA 1 or 2. This ebike is promoted to go up to about 48 miles on a single battery charge. I charged it each time it got down to about 25%. Of course, the more you use PA, the more it will have to be charged and the more battery it will use. I, probably, used the PA about 30% of the time and only have charged it 3 times since I made the purchase. If possible, I would give this ebike 10 stars. It has been that great an experience for me. The only negative that I might note is that the tires a a bit vulnerable to hazards. Evidently I rode it across a patch of goat heads and pick up several burrs in the back tire, last month. So the bike was down until I could purchase a new innertube.

I ordered the xpremium and the freewheel gave up after 77 miles, no big deal, just order a replacement, right? They were great on the phone but 3 weeks and many more phone calls later I have a very expensive bike I can't ride. Turns out the wheel also needs to be replaced not just the freewheel. everytime they say it will ship in a day or two, but it never does. worst experience, I regret buying from them.

Their advertising is a bit misleading, they claim they cater to the RV community this is far from true! If they really want to sell to RVrs they need to do a lot more research about the lifestyle not just give a bunch of RV YouTubers free ebikes to review in exchange for a positive review! When I first saw their bike on YT I wanted one, But actually getting one when living full time or even on vacation is a logistics nightmare! A few months ago I called asking how they handle the supposed RV customers and shipping? They apparently have no idea how living in a RV works! One suggestion was have it shipped to a friend's house? Sure for a few this might be a option but it's not realistic for most especially full time while they are trying to see the country!. So I waited a few months to see if they actually get enough inventory to ship in a reasonable time frame? The End of June my wife saw the site said if we buy now it will ship this in July! She convinced me to give it a try, after several weeks into July we called and now they say August it will ship???? So we are now scrambling to find a place to stay so the RV park is close enough to pick up our $1700 $1900 with tax ebike when it finally arrives, RV parks are businesses that rent sites for RVs they generally are not mail services especially if your not currently staying at the place of business! If something happens to this bike and we don't receive it for whatever reason "that's not our fault" The RV park after our reservation is up, or we can't find another Park close enough that isn't booked months out!. I'm calling my Credit Card company to dispute the charge! If they can't handle the logistics of shipping to the people they claim to be their primary customer base they need to re educate themselves how RV park and campground business works. $1900 is a lot of money im glad I didn't buy 2 as I wanted so each of us has our own Ebike. I've also noticed they seem to moderate the reviews they can so the issues with the company are not out there that's why I'm here they can't reject the truth here. Don't get me wrong the bikes are nice! I've seen others with them but most RVrs I've met with them had the same complaint about actually getting the bike after paying for it .

received the bike without a battery, battery arrived late, installed battery and error code bike does not function waiting 11 days for replacement part poor customer service and poor quality
