I was hesitant to purchase based on reviews but my experience has been the best. I did call in when placing my order originally and was able to connect easily and got useful help from a live person with essentailly no wait time. When I received my order I checked the quality of items and felt they were exactly what I expected based on the images I saw online. I felt fit was true to size. Quality very good, style excellent. When my items arrived, the boxes were a bit damaged and I was missing a small part of my order, I called and once again connected with a live person almost immediately. The resolution was fast and simple. I was refunded for items not received and a new order is in place for them now. I will definately order from this company again. I love thier product and service!
I received one of their journeyman shirt jackets for Christmas and the pocket lining came apart almost immediately. I tried leaving honest, but poor reviews on their website, and they removed every one. They are dishonest. It's easy to have great reviews on your website if you remove the bad ones.
I bought a wi yet coat back I 2022 on November 4th and I have wore it about 6 times int 5 months and the thread on the inside of is coming out. I called them and talked to a representative on the phone and he said there is no warranty on their clothing. That I was out of luck. He offered me to buy another one at a 15% discount, I can get that much off anyway. In my opinion I would not buy anything from this company again. My suggestion it buy Carhartt they will warranty there clothing.
I cannot rate the quality of product, but I feel obligated to rate the customer service. I returned a jacket 12/27/22 that I bought my son for Christmas. It was a simple exchange, but since I did not receive it back within the 3-7 business days they state on their website for exchanges, I called customer service. My first two attempts I waited 20 minutes on hold and hung up because I couldn't wait any longer. My third attempt I waited 50 minutes on hold before someone answered, and then they were unable to help. The fourth time I called I only had to wait about 15 minutes because I called on Sunday right when they opened. The gentleman I spoke to was actually very understanding of the situation and he immediately processed an exchange, but only because I had all the order and tracking numbers as proof - hold onto those! However, what was supposed to be a 3-7day turnaround ended up being a 33 day turnaround. I was told they're fulfillment department is extremely backlogged. Had I not called to follow-up, and been determined to hold until someone answered my call, I still would not have my jacket. Note: Do not use USPS as their website recommends to send items back. That was actually part of the issue with the delay. Only use FedEx and make sure you GET A RECEIPT! I hope my son appreciates this jacket because I won't buy another one.
Bought a vest. Received the wrong size so it was returned in accordance with company policies. Tracking indicates they received the package. No response. Tried calling many times, no answer. Emailed them, no answers. Tried live chat, no response. I am out both money without product. Absolutely no customer service! Filed official complaint with BBB. Discovered many others have also filed complaints experiencing same issues. Had major difficulties ordering as they would not honor coupon issued from their own website. This company is very naughty, do not buy anything from them! Took my money, I got nothing but problems. Update: Following BBB intervention the company did send my vest at no additional charge. It was ordered weeks prior to Christmas and after BBB action received it the beginning of February. Their response was they were busy. What? Further, I returned the vest to Florida but the BBB contacted them in the Midwest.
Avoid them at all cost. First of all it took them 10 days to ship an order when I return both orders, it is now been 18 days and I have still not received a refund nor have they acknowledged receiving it. I know it was excepted because I have the FedEx receipt.
This company is a scam. Do not order from them. They don’t respond to emails and they don’t even answer the phone. I am waiting on a refund for a shirt I returned and they received on Jan 3. I can’t get them to respond via phone, email, or FB messenger. Nonexistent customer service.
Missing two vests from order that was for Chrustmas gifts. Out $70! Nobiody will answer calls, respond to emails or join in live chat. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Never again will I buy from this horrible compan!
I'm so bummed to see all these bad reviews because my experience earned a 5 star review ONLY because of the customer service. I was disappointed with one of my items, the other item was fine. Prior to receiving my items, I emailed a question regarding the size. I got a call...A CALL...from customer service, not just an email. I was fortunate that the woman who called me was so incredibly amazing that she alone restored my faith in humanity. It sounds like I'm a$$ kissing but it's just because we've become so accustomed to shi**y service that when someone interacts with you that actually has your best interest at heart, it's pretty freakin cool. I don't know if I'm allowed to mention her name but I'm going to and it's Brenda A. I've never, NEVER had someone treat me like an actual customer and that my concern mattered until Brenda called me. That was pretty freaking awesome. And because of that experience, I just ordered my dad and his girlfriend jackets from there for their Christmas presents. I hope leadership knows they have someone that is hard to come by. You're lucky to have Brenda.
My husband is the consumer for this company. He has ordered for each of us a Berber lined hooded, flannel jacket and two Vests. Each product is of high quality. The items for my husband were too large. The company is prompt and gracious on accepting the return, refunding the money and sending out the size desired.
