We purchased a lets explore oceans for a daughter as one of her Christmas presents. Our puppy chewed the holographic cube. I tried to order a new one however the system would not accept our address as a delivery address. I contacted customer services . They made several attempts to remedy the problem. I am concerned because I ordered the mega package last week and yet to get any shipping info. I have sent a couple emails thru support and provided the confirmation number. They replied yesterday that a ticket was started and someone would reach out to me, however I still have heard nothing. I am hopeful they respond as this is a Christmas gift UPDATE. This company was very responsive when communicating via email. I returned the product as was late in arriving for grandson’s birthday and, because a phone was required to use, thought it wouldn’t be appropriate for him. There was a delay in refunding but when I sent an email they responded right away and reimbursed me. It did cost over $25 though to return to USA from Canada.
