Having ordered from the UK a specific pen display box/case, they sent me the wrong item. I raised a complaint and they offered me a refund, told me to keep or donate the item I have to charity (as return postage to the USA would be a 'hassle' - not to menion expensive) and make another purchase for the case I actually ordered in the first place. Very helpful. Until today, they refunded me the cost of the case they sent me incorrectly and have kept the $81.72 postage I paid, even though they sent the wrong item. Why then, would I incur the same postage - again - to buy the item I ordered in the first place? The product they did send me is nice and of good quality, however, it is useless to me, so, now, I am $81.72 (£67.59 in today's exchange) out-of-pocket. How is that customer service?
I was purchasing the junior size of the planner, and they recommended the Oct-Dec 2023 as a filler. However, when it arrived it was the full size european A6. When I called support, they stated I should read their stuff better. They did not say anything but A6... Really you recommended it on the items I was purchasing which was all Junior size. No responsibility for their issues with their website. I will not purchase from them and only other companies that do not do false advertising. As an owner of a company myself this is irresponsible, but one way on getting rid of products they cannot sell.
I have purchased at least 5 pens over the years, a couple of tables and various other items over the years. The last pen, admittedly a year old, has become inoperable. I called cs and was told there is no repair service, "ask around for something local". No chance of a replacement as is over 90 days. All other pens are still going strong, I know it's possible to make them last.
Buy Directly from Manufacturer instead. I received a defective luggage so I decided to return it and found an alternative luggage. I called the rep, they said they'd send me a return label. They didn't, called them again, they said it'd take a while to process. Still didn't hear back so called again and the rep is now telling me according to their "notes" and recording, I claimed that I wanted an exchange. But I have a email stating I did NOT want an exchange. Now I am responsible for returning the luggage with chances I will have to pay for a low quality luggage. Also, the manufacturer's customer service number doesn't even have an answerer. The first few reps were helpful. But the last two were unhelpful.
After posting a negative review, The levenger company finally reponded to my emails and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Thankyou trust pilot. I am assuming the delayed response was due to covid issues as it has been with many places recently. However once they responded they did a superb job of dealing with the issue and have made every effort to correct it.
