So,I was fishing in my pond behind my house and it’s a decent sized pond deep to and I was fishing on a nice sunny Sunday morning when my rod gets a pull I get up quick with my phone in my hand grab the rod and in my phone goes. I was not happy cause I couldn’t find it so I ordered a new phone and stuff cause I COULD NOT FIND IT! But after 2 weeks of not finding it it was a a Saturday morning and I went to go try and look for it again, I find it go back to my house as soon as possible and I open the case NO WATER NOTHING a nice and clean iPhone 8 I though I water would be in the screen and never going to work again, but nope it was DRY I plugged my phone in and BAM there’s the apple logo! I have had this case for at least 5 years and there were a lot of the rubber pieces missing on the side of the like were it holds the screen protector on the case and I thought water could get in the case from there. Nope! It was super dry! I have one of the old version cases it’s black with neon green looking sides! I love these cases I give 10/10! Thank you for protecting my phone!
I had a lifeproof case on my galaxys10 and wore it to the bone. I bought the same exact case for around $20 that I originally paid around $80 for the first time and it was exactly the same. There products are both stylish and I love how they lock around the phone. I currently switched to an iPhone max 13 pro and this case accents the phone. It’s like the suit for Superman. I also luv how the case elevated the camera lens so it doesn’t rest on them. Wouldn’t put any other case on my phone now. Thanks for such a great product.
Well, I have had these cases for the last 10 years and your phone is totally protected and after 2 years in the case your phone is like new. I bought a case off Amazon who said I was too late for a replacement. I contacted Lifeproof, gave all info required and I got a free replacement from lifeproof for which was brilliant and I can not fault them, for some reason on the Fre 11 iPhone case the rubber came soft and peeled away, but it still protected the phone, cases are expensive but you only need one to protect your phone and it does the job.
Last night I dropped my phone off of my third story balcony onto the concrete below. I expected it to be distorted, but my life proof case left it without a scratch! The screen was crack free and the case it’s self only had minor damage. I am thankful and amazed at what this case can do! It’s safe to say I will not be going back to an ordinary case again! I’ve always had phone cases for my device but I haven’t always used lifeproof. I decided buy one with my last phone a few years ago and recently just purchased a new one for my new device. My experience with lifeproof has been great and their warranty policy is excellent, never getting another brand of phone cases as long as they keep up the good work!

Purchased an iPhone X fre case last summer. It was not the first or the last one I will buy. I love these cases and recently had some issues with the charging port cover not closing. Even in these trying COVID times, their customer service was amazing when I was having an issue with the website for the warranty. They responded to the issue very quickly and sent me a new case. They don’t carry the colour anymore but I’m more concerned with the dust and water getting in and they sent the case right away. They are sturdy cases and I have never had an issue with water in them. My next phone I will definitely be buying another case for that model as well!

LifeProof has the BEST customer service in this world. A year ago, I purchased a LifeProof case. This month, it was no longer water resistant. All I did was fill out the warranty page and without questions I received my new case within two weeks. No sending my old one back, nothing. It was the easiest thing I’d ever done. I am very happy about the products from LifeProof. Every time I buy a new iPhone, I have to buy a new waterproof cover. I use them when I run, on my motorbike and for winther sport. I find the quiuckmount adaptor very good and I use it as well in my car as on my motorbike...very handy. There is only one bad thing about the products; I find them to expensive.
