LL Bean – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I love the shirts. It's the shirt I wear. Quality, texture, fit. For me, they are worth the money. They last when others are worn out. The weight is perfect in the original traditional fit tee.

My wife purchased a bed linen set 2 years past for Christmas. We squirreled it away and finally opened it. After first wash, the pillow cases shrunk so much, they would not even cover our standard pillows. Called CS, and even though they usually only have a 1 year return policy, I was advised to return them for replacement as defective, and see what happens. They were replaced. Glad to see L.L. Bean stands behind their stuff, even if they could have said over a year too bad. This is just one of the reasons we like buying stuff from L.L. Bean.

They honored their warranty! I purchased slippers but they hurt my feet. I assumed it was an issue with my feet. Nope a 1.3 yr later I saw the slippers turned over and the size that was marked on the bottom was 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. I sent them back and they honored the 1 year warranty even though it was longer than 1 year. I love the slippers and am grateful to the company for doing the right thing! EXCELLENT COMPANY! EXCELLENT PRODUCTS!

Ordered the Boat & Tote from the Netherlands, including engraving. Within 2 weeks it was deliverd, super fast and the quality looks amazing! Very happy!

I shocked at the negative reviews. My experience is that this is the best mail order place around. In every respect. I’m a customer since 1979!
