Though LL Flooring already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with LL Flooring cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at LL Flooring to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some LL Flooring cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.

How Does LL Flooring Cashback Works?

LL Flooring cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and LL Flooring. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main LL Flooring website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more LL Flooring cashback deals? We'll explain some LL Flooring rebate deals and offers next.

After this is done, your purchase will need to be approved by LL Flooring, which can take between 10 and 30 days. After approval, the cash is transferred to the cashback site you used and then sent to you within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, it is required to have a minimum amount before you can withdraw your earnings.

LL Flooring Cash Back Calculator

The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

Cheap, brittle seams. Flooring shrinks. Warranty only covers the surface. Customer support doesn’t care. Run away from them.

I wish I would have read the reviews of LL Flooring before buying. It was the most horrible product I have ever installed. I’m not a flooring expert, but I’ve put down enough floors to know how to do it right. I had two friends that ARE flooring experts come look, and they couldn’t believe what they saw: Each piece of flooring basically shrunk and I ended up with small gaps between most of the pieces. The seams were extremely difficult to put together, and would routinely chip and crack during install. For the rest of the house I switch to a product from American Flooring instead, and it came out perfectly - not one issue. Easy to work with and beautiful. LL Flooring just seems cheap right out of the box. The seams are brittle. It obviously doesn’t acclimatize, even after a week. I opened a warranty request, but they told me that I obviously hadn’t read the warranty, which only covers SURFACE scratching. Wow. $2,000 wasted. I told them that I would leave a bad review on every site I could find and they really didn’t seem to care. I think they’re just a sinking ship and they know it.

Vinyl Floors not holding up

We shopped around for waterproof vinyl for most of our downstairs flooring for a remodel. We found LLFlooring to be the best price for what we were looking for. We made sure to even our floors our and bought all the underpayment from LL Flooring also. Installed as directed leaving plenty of room around the walls for give. Well 2 year into it the tabs on the vinyl are breaking off in our most high traffic areas. The vinyl on top started peeling off. I called to file a claim and sent In pictures. They said they would investigate but then told me they would not cover the cracking and breaking of the tabs because we installed it and they don’t warranty that. We will not be buying from them again.

Do not buy flooring from lumber…

Do not buy flooring from lumber liquidators. The flooring is splitting, cracking, and chipping. We bought underlayment for extra installation. We have sent pictures and emailed, but they are not going to honor their warranty. If you deal with Megan, you know she is not going to do anything for you. Poor customer service and poor quality flooring. I wish I would of read the reviews before going to this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FLOORING FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS.

DO NOT PURCHASE FLOORING FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS. I purchased the DH XD New Haven Harbor Oak 12mm flooring on 1/2/21. Along with the flooring purchase, we bought as recommended the Underlayment 6 mil Poly Sheeting and the Bella Platinum Underlayment. The flooring in starting to delaminate and curl up at all the joints. Called customer service, sent photos and answered all their questions in which I received case number 00140824. This case pretty much ended there, only to have no help on the matter. Made several phone calls, only to be placed on hold for excessive amounts of time, then only to be disconnected. Several emails sent requesting a follow up only to be ignored. The last phone call was placed today, before writing this review only to be told they would escalate to a supervisor. The agent returned to the line to tell me once again that management was in a meeting, and they would call me back. I won't hold my breath! Do not waist your money on their products. I am forced after only 2 years to purchase a new floor and you can be assured it will not be any of their products.

Don't waste your money at LL Flooring

We purchased nearly 1100sqft of flooring that went in several rooms and hallways. Our contractor said it was the worst floor he had ever installed. That should have been a clue. In LESS THAN A MONTH there were scratches all over the floor. It took several attempts to file a complaint. We were told that pads must go under every piece of furniture and that damage due to pets was not included in the warranty. Massive scratches appeared in about 2 1/2 weeks under my rocking chair. I was so upset I flipped over my rocker to check what had caused this. Nothing. Everyplace there was any furniture that could even be bumped scratched. In less than a month there was scratches from our dogs paws (she is groomed regularly) everywhere. Liquid got on the floor and was cleaned up in about 3 minutes. It raised the edges. When we did get someone they said the only thing they could do was send in 2 boxes of flooring to be tested. We had some leftover so we did. Of course there was nothing wrong with it. Pay the little bit extra to purchase from Lowes or Home Depot. I was later told that they had so many lawsuits as Lumber Liquidators they had to change their name to LL Flooring. Not sure if that is true or not.

The two installers were professional

The two installers were professional. There was damage to door molding - probably while moving furniture. Somehow they broke a wheel on the office chair. After moving a metal filing cabinet the second drawer won't open. Called store and was told "I don't know how they could break a filing cabinet". I purchased a new cabinet, and all I wanted was to have it installed. The cabinet was somehow damaged, but store personnel can't believe a filing cabinet can be damaged. Now I have to pay for installation plus the new cabinet. Bummer!

very bad experience in my life

I bought my hardwood and till the delivery no big issue. The guy that installed the flooring that was supposed to be installed in 2 days took 14 days. He did not show up to the appointment and every day a different excuse, very unpolite and very dirty. He wasted a lot of hardwood totaling 4 boxes. On top of that, he did don't give me back my key and I need to call his boss it back, the worse experience ever.

DO NOT!!!!

DO NOT!!!!! Do business with LL flooring! I bought a whole house of engineered hardwood flooring that was installed over a year ago. I was happy with flooring until boards started splitting throughout house around 8 months after install. LL flooring states that the flooring was improperly installed and that I needed to contact my installer. My installer has left town, so I have had numerous flooring installers look at my flooring and they all came to same conclusion that flooring was defective, but LL flooring uses every excuse in book not to remedy situation. PLEASE, take your business elsewhere to avoid headaches and loosing thousands of dollars. Absolute worst experience EVER!!!!!

Run Away From LL Floors

They did a rotten job with lame materials. The LVP tile has weak edges that do not join well and lay flat even with a custom floor leveling that more than doubled the labor charges. About 20% of the wood was either totally broken, had smashed edges, and or was cracked totally through from surface, around the edge and to the backside - not just a natural grain/flaw in the wood. Much of the damage might have been avoided if they sent more than one man to deliver over 3,200 lbs of material used for my job. They inflated the materials, and the labor is based on the materials, by about 50% when calculating the change order for the floor leveling. I measured it myself and their own original estimate shows that somehow my rooms grew by nearly 50%. Their own people confirmed it and they are ignoring me on this issue. They will claim to take care of the problems but they delay, reschedule, ignore, and hope you will go away. I can't open or close my doors because they built the floors higher than the door sills. Do Not Pay Them 100% Up Front!!!! Indeed for your own home, health, and well being, use some other flooring firm.

Unlike the other poster my experience…

Unlike the other poster my experience with Lumber Liquidators (Now L&L Flooring) was nothing but positive. We had L&L Flooring install a floor in a 12x12 home office. This room never had a floor just carpeting and when I pulled that out it was sub floor. Their work came out better than expected and my wife works in that room everyday.. However our house is also not new and settled. They used both glue and a compressor staple gun to install the hardwood floor. We like their work and will be going back again. But everyone's experience's are different. I always tell people to shop around. I did and found myself and my wife at L&L floor and never looked back
