I work a software engineer, I work before computer screens daily basis. I use the MX line products with high satisfaction. I own a MX Keys min and a MX Master (2nd gen) mouse. I am very satisfied with the products, the software is improving all the time and the designs is top notch. Cons: one key cap got scratched and the letters got msuhed on the keyboard, but that's all. The fit and finish still holds up good with my nomadic lifestyle. The laser pointer doesn't work on glass surfaces as it is marketed. I use a mouse pad with a padded wristpad for better egonomics. All in all, I highly recommend these products if you're a professional user and need wuiality gear that lasts and works. Customization options are also rich. I have no complains about customer service, never had to contact them.

Ik wil graag mijn oprechte waardering uiten voor de geweldige klantenservice die ik heb ontvangen van Logitech. Ik raakte mijn Logitech USB-receiver kwijt en nam contact op met hun klantenservice voor hulp. Gelukkig was Ann degene die me te hulp schoot, en ze maakte mijn ervaring absoluut fantastisch. Ann was niet alleen zeer professioneel en behulpzaam, maar haar geduld, vriendelijkheid en zachtaardige persoonlijkheid maakten echt het verschil. Ze begreep mijn probleem volledig en begeleidde me stap voor stap om een verzoek in te dienen voor een nieuwe USB-receiver. Dankzij Ann's uitstekende service en deskundig advies werd mijn verzoek snel goedgekeurd. Ik ben zo tevreden met de manier waarop ze me heeft geholpen dat ik niet anders kan dan deze positieve review schrijven. Ann heeft duidelijk de extra mijl gegaan om ervoor te zorgen dat ik als klant tevreden ben. Ik ben dankbaar voor het niveau van professionaliteit en de menselijke aanpak die Logitech en Ann hebben laten zien. Het is verfrissend om te zien dat er bedrijven zijn die nog steeds zulke geweldige klantenservice bieden. Als gevolg hiervan zal ik Logitech zeker aanbevelen aan mijn vrienden en familie, en ik zal niet aarzelen om weer bij hen te kopen in de toekomst.

I love using Logitech MX Ergo mice and MX keys keyboards for my productivity design teams. The new Logi Options+ works brilliantly with much more stable connectivity - Each MX Ergo and MX Keys connect to 3 different PCs, saving lots of money. The Logi Flow ability empowers you with a powerful clipboard ability to copy images, files and text, between different PCs which is magically quick. The quality of the hardware is excellent and the battery life is amazingly extended whilst also quick charging. I noticed that the bad reviews are related to customer purchase experiences - I have fortunately only experienced the Logitech MX products and hardware as vastly superior to other brands.

Despite the absurdly negative consensus, Logitech has only been good to me. I have many Logitech products, from mice and keyboards with ten-thousands of hours, to sim gear, all have served me amazingly. Replacing the one product failure I've ever had from them was a breeze, and cost nothing. I wish Logitech could replace the plastic with alloy for their higher-tier peripherals, but that's really my only complaint. Great brand, really made me feel valued.

I was shocked to see so many negative ratings on here, given the fabulous customer service I have received from Margarette Jeanne. I bought a Logi mouse through Amazon, which stopped working after a few months and, after finding it impossible to find a way on Amazon to either contact Logitech or request a refund, I rang Logitech direct. Margarette was extremely helpful and immediately ordered a replacement for me, which arrived via Fedex yesterday. I think I will buy direct from Logitech in future, though, as the returns procedure on Amazon is very difficult.
