So I have three pairs of these glasses. Why do I? They are comfortable and stylish. The most comfortable and stylish out of all others I have tried. However, the lenses get cloudy quickly and customer service is of no help. In addition, your online account never works properly. If you are lucky enough to be able to get in it will say you have no order history. Customer service has been going back and forth with me all morning about the lens issue asking for my order numbers, which I can not access. This is enough to make me switch to a competitor if this isn't resolved. I am going to see how this pans out. I went from being a lifelong customer who told everyone about these glasses to being someone who may never order again. I hope Look Optic turns this around.
I purchased a pair of glasses a few months back and recently the lens popped out…the lenses are held in by what looks like fishing line and I couldn’t get it to stay in. After reading the reviews I was skeptical about the customer service but decided to try anyway! My experience couldn’t have been better! I called and left a message and within an hour, I received a call back from customer service who gave me a code for a free replacement pair. They arrived about 2 weeks later!!
Never sent item. They took my $78 and never sent anything. Called numerous times and emailed with no response. Lost my money!
I ordered the new progressive glasses they didn’t work out. I was charged a 15% restocking fee and $6.00 handling fee. Biggest ripoff going. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them.
Ordered glasses on 4/2/23. Got an email with order confirmation. On 4/3 got order shipped email-and the fine print says "orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days'. 4/11- no package so I called 800#, left v/m. Got a text within an hour...about my order that 'it was shipped', and to wait another 5 business days. So I went back to that original email I got on the 3rd- and checked the tracking #- then called the carrier directly. Carrier never received a package from LookOptic-,therefore it has never shipped. Have called everyday since, leaving voicemails and emailed once. NO ONE ever gets back to me. Do not order from here
These glasses are huge. There is no adjusting in the world that will get them to be the right size. I want to return them and get my money back. It says right on their website to click refund but apparently it’s only a store credit. I don’t want to buy anything else from your company, I don’t like the glasses. I want my money back! What a rip off!
Fraudulent….This company is a scam. I ordered the pink tinted Muse readers 6 weeks ago for $68.60 and my order still states, “order placed.” When you call customer service you get a recording of a woman with a very thick accent saying they can’t get to the phone and they never call you back. When you email with your order number they email you back saying your order is on the way, but it never shows up. Scam, scam scam!

Scam. Owner charged for try on program. Would not refund $204.00 after returning glasses well within their rules.
