Don’t order from Loungefly.com. Horrible service. I ordered a backpack and received a purse and 3 wallets. Just got an email saying unfortunately item is out of stock for a refund please return items that were sent in error for refund. Item was in stock when I ordered it and got an order confirmation. Got a return label for the back pack I never received 🤷♀️

The item never arrived but I had no issue recieving a refund so all is good. I had no issues contacting support either.
Purchasers should know that LoungeFly offers no warranty, provides no customer service in the event of a problem with their products, and will not address any product quality issues. The zipper on my knapsack broke after a month and here was their reply: "we do not currently offer a warranty on our products and are not able to exchange or replace items". Their suggestions were to have the zipper repaired at my own expense ($200) or return it to the retailer, which was not an option. Frustrating and irresponsible.
I bought a limited edition bag from loungefly and the seams ripped within 2 months of using this purse. I messaged them requesting a refund with pictures of the bag, tags, and receipt and they did nothing. I spent $100 on this bag and I was disappointed with the poor quality. I’m a loyal customer but now I’m not sure I want to purchase things from them anymore.
Buyer beware! My husband purchased a special edition 50th Anniversary Disney backpack for me. I loved it and was so excited! I am extra cautious with it knowing it is a special edition. I was really upset when I noticed the straps cracked and are tearing away. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said they do not give a warranty even though it is obviously poor quality. $100 out the window! I won't be buying anytjing else from them!
I ordered 3 Sgt. Pepper's bags on Cyber Monday of last year. Not only did they not show up until this year, but the thread trim is in rough shape and already fraying, and the bags arrived looking squished. Not worth the money or the hype.
I purchased a Loungefly bag which isn’t cheap! The strap has broken within a month so I contacted lounge fly and basically it’s tough luck! Their bags are not fit for purpose.
I ordered an item during their Black Friday sale in November. It was meant to be a Christmas present, but it didn’t arrive until AFTER Christmas. I contacted customer service but only received a generic email in return. I finally received a more direct response to my message on January 1st (AFTER Christmas.) The email said I had to contact them for a refund within seven days of delivery, but the response from the company came days AFTER delivery. So I didn’t even have the courtesy of that full week to return the product. On January 13th, the company sent out a mass email apologizing for issues with holiday orders. (So it was a widespread problem, apparently.) But I won’t be buying from this company again, thanks.
