What is Lunalae Cash Back?
Though Lunalae already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with Lunalae cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at Lunalae to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some Lunalae cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.
How Does Lunalae Cashback Works?
Lunalae cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and Lunalae. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main Lunalae website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more Lunalae cashback deals? Lunalae Cash Back Calculator
The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

Such a scam company. They rolled out the "Biggest Birthday sale ever" asking you to subscribe to get early access. The early access link did not work causing so much time wasted and frustration. Later, they gave another link to try but the price at the end when you go to the check out is completely different than the price they show on the website. This wasted my time and is a completely scam!

Will buy from another company in future. The quality was not it.

There's a lot to get into with this company. All of the below reviews are spot on. TOXIC CEO and company (Note: No HR within incredibly small team). Incredibly high turnover, on my second day a long standing employee shared how much she hated her job (not the first or second red flag for that matter). In addition the facts shared already, the office smells, extremely structured start and finish time (you are forced to clock in and out). One last note - due to an illegal policy connected to the sale of their product, I have turned them into the ACCC. This company is not one your want to work for or purchase from.

This is the worst place I never work with, there is no enough support from management, she doesn’t understand about supplier chain in terms of extremely small order, and there is an Indian woman as GM just take advantage of her career and do nothing, they try to steal knowledge from you with our respecting, it is very unprofessional, I feel regret I give up one offer from big company but chose lunalae, it is the worst decision I make in my lift, I write down the reviews to let any candidates do not waste your time here!

I didn’t plan to comment Lunalae after I left this company until I read Honey’s review. I don’t feel surprised what they did for Honey. I worked for Lunalae for a few months, but I have to say it is a horrible workplace. I never see any unprofessional and disrespectful company like Lunalae. This company has a very high turnover rate and bad reputation. They always asked the employees to record videos to show any detail of the work seemed like they just want to steal your intelligence and information. Most the videos you record are the tips and tricks. You feel like you are working in a training centre as a tutor!!! Their management is very unprofessional, I didn’t feel they know how to respect the employees. Also, the Indian GM is really lack of professionalism and kind of good at office politics. She is kind of someone likes to take advantage of her role but just plays the game and doesn't do anything that maybe one reason makes the work environment toxic in Lunalae! I am leaving this review as I would like to give a warning to any candidate to be careful of Lunalae. Please get away of them, they like to use your information and waste your time, not only in the interview, but it would be worse when you are their employee!!

I wish I read these insightful bad reviews before I wasted my time on this company. I am leaving this review so consumers know about Lunalae’s unprofessional behaviour. As consumers we have a lot of options, we want brands that align with our values and show a “human element”. This review gives you insight into the people behind the brand. I applied for a manager role at Lunalae, I was interviewed on the phone by the GM which went ok. Then I was interviewed by the GM and CEO/Founder via Zoom which went well. They loved that my experience, my social media presence as a micro-influencer & indepth understanding of the pole, lingerie and fitness industry. They were transparent in saying what the salary + commission was. A couple of days later I emailed them saying I couldn't go down in base and thanked them for the opportunity. At that time I still had a good impression of them and even offered to promote their brand on my social media, and freelancing consultancy services should they need it. The CEO called me and spoke about matching my base at my current job. I told her I had actually accepted a role elsewhere where the salary was already higher. She asked me to think about what I needed in salary. She seemed genuine and passionate to have me part of their business. The next day I expressed what I needed, no response for 24 hours. This was already a red flag but ignored it. I followed up via email and she called me saying she wanted to meet me and asked me to put together a marketing plan. I spent two nights working on this, my time is money. I have over 17 years experience in marketing, have design and photography skills, I am hands on and strategic plus with 8 years experience managing teams. I know exactly how capable I am so I thought this request of hers was genuine and that she was actually contemplating on whether or not they should invest in the right person. What I didn’t realise was the ad for the manager role was already taken down (I noticed this but thought they had a shortlist already) and replaced with a junior marketing role, graphic designer and 1 other role. I spent 2 nights doing this detailed presentation, which I would normally charge for (and she knew this because I offered my freelancing services). The presentation was 45 minutes and then they spent another 40 minutes quizzing me. Some of the questions they were asking seemed like they would never see me again which I found suspicious. They were also asking questions that you would normally only ask once I’m already employed. Out of courtesy I sent an email after to say thank you (this was on a Friday). Come Monday, I decided to follow up because I was given the impression that there were only 2 candidates presenting, and the CEO created the impression she needed to see my skills in order to decide if she would invest the additional money to be able to hire a senior marketer. Again, no response until 24 hours later, where she says that she doesn’t want to rush the interview process and they are still interviewing. I was dumbfounded and my gut that they just wanted to extract as much information from me was confirmed. I decided at that time to pull back from this horrible process which I didn’t need to have gone through because I had already accepted another job for large company. I said thank you, withdrew my application, and wished them good luck. Despite the work I put in, the intel on the industry I shared, I didn’t even get an email to thank me for my time, nor were they just transparent and say they just couldn’t go to my salary level. Companies like these hit a glass ceiling, and you need someone to break that ceiling with the right marketing and advertising. It’s all good and well to get ideas but you need proper execution from someone who can be both strategic, hands-on, and manage a team. You also need to build good relationships - the distaste left with me won’t do any good for their business. I am leaving this review to ensure no one candidate goes through the same process and waste their time. Their lack of professionalism is deplorable.

Cheap chinese clothes. Website is misleading, Clothes look fantastic on website, but in person the fit runs small, fabric feels rough and papery and is very thin feeling. The bras move around easily, so I personally would not wear them for pole dancing. Clothes are unflattering. They are the definition of “expectations versus reality” that you see on the internet when you buy clothes online and in person they fit funny and isnt what you expected. The store only offers store credit for returns which is a red flag. Regretful sale. The bras are also cheaply made which means they’re not suitable for a pole (because the top moves easily and you can see your boob). I would definitely not wear them if i was dancing. Disappointed as i was really excited to see their store in person.

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong persons order (completely understandable) but the way they have went about it has been absolutely disgraceful. Lunalae refuse to send the right order I paid for until I physically go the post office and send the wrong order back? Last time I checked there was a pandemic going on? For $10 worth of items it’s just disappointing. After years of loyalty, I will not be shopping here anymore. Buyer beware!!
