I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. Many people had the same experience I did. I ordered two of their products, got a tracking number, and the product never moved out of Florida. After contacting them about five times, they finally sent out a color that didn’t match. I returned the mis matched items as requested. Then they never refunded my money or replaced the items. They just kept telling me they had never received them. Now I am out the $60 that I spent for the products plus my time effort and money shipping the mismatched products back.
My order arrived with $3.20 postage due—after I had already included $5.99 postage & handling in the purchase price. When I sent them photographic evidence, they assured me I would receive a refund. That was almost 5 months ago. Still waiting. I returned the obviously synthetic hairpiece that company describes as “platinum” because it is actually “yellow.” They will do anything to avoid issuing a refund, and—after multiple emails, including photos of my own hair (taken outdoors in “natural light” as they requested!), they talked me into ordering a salt & pepper gray color…to go with my platinum gray hair (?). Weeks later when that order arrived—AGAIN with postage due!!—I decided to cut my losses. i refused delivery and asked the post office to return to sender. The company has never followed through by asking why. They wore me down. They win. I have seen ads using the same advertising photos and poorly written text, so It appears this company sells under different names. BEWARE.
Absolutely terrible!! No contact number, it takes weeks on end for them to reply, it's been almost a month and I haven't even received a tracking number yet! It's sad because the product itself is not bad but it's just not worth the pathetic customer service. I've ordered twice from the mm and have had a terrible experience both times. The first time the order was a month late and I was no longer at the address I had had it delivered to. It was a mess, but eventually after many emails it was resolved and they gave me a complimentary product for my troubles. So I was like okay fine and I chalked the delayed delivery service to covid - even tho I had ordered multiple things from multiple different online brands in that same time period and they all arrived on time. So one month ago I decided to give them another chance and ordered again and this time the service has been even worse!! No replies, no tracking numbers. I feel ghosted. Don't buy from them. Sure you might be lucky enough to have a good exp but it's not worth taking the risk of ending up with an exp like mine. The odds are not in your favor. Ugh!
The product itselfs was okay. Not great quality but just okay. However they do not stop sending me text messages on my phone with adds. I’ve tried contacting them about it and asked to have all my info deleted and they just reply by telling me to click unsubscribe on the bottom of the email. When I reply that they are via my mobile phone they stopped replying. I eventually blocked the number in my phone and it stopped a few weeks and now they are sending messages from another number. This company is horrible!!!!!
I love the braids that I received! They are the perfect match to my hair! They are great quality and stay in my hair perfectly!
I have to say that I had a great experience with Madison Braids. First I got the wrong color sent by them in error. I let them know and they immediately sent the correct color and told me to keep the other for free (perfectly matches my daughters hair!) My husband really liked the look! Shipping was quick and the quality seems good so far!
I ordered a product on 5/2 and was told due to the pandemic orders are delayed 7-10 business days. Fine. at first i was impressed. I forgot to add a coupon code and they refunded me with no issue. 6 weeks later i still have no product. They have no idea where it is, they keep giving me the runaround saying "oh its shipping next week" for six weeks. yesterday when i asked them again where my package was, they told me they had shipping delays due to Civil rights movements that are happening in our country. I was APPALLED. I could not believe they used a movement which we are all standing for, as an excuse to not get their product out. I have told them countless times to cancel my order, as I refuse to support this business. When they got in touch with me after i blasted them on social media, they told me once i receive the product "if i choose to keep it" they will refund me 30% for the inconvenience. No thank you. Buyer beware. This company is full of empty promises and fraud.
Horrible experience just terrible! I paid $35 for a piece of garbage that fell apart and faded after one wear! Terrible customers service just another load of garbage experience. AVOID!!!
