Mamas & Papas – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Visited mamas and papas in Milton Keynes not knowing which pram I wanted or needed. A lovely assistant named Yas was incredibly helpful at providing options suitable for our little girl. We left armed with a pram in mind but felt no pressure or obligation. We visited again the next day hoping Yas would be on. She was. We had more questions and we’re again met with kindness and patience. She even got a smile out of my little girl which is normally mission impossible. We made a purchase confidently and excited that we’ve got the perfect one. It’s worth noting we had visited another pram show room in Mk and received very very poor customer service so mamas and papas (Yas) was a breath of fresh air!!!

We visited Cribbs Causeway Store: Jamie-Lee was so helpful! Demonstrations and queries all answered! Thank-you…She spent a lot of time with us - even taking prams to the car, to check fit! (Fiat 500) 😆 Great service, thanks again.

Just purchased 8 bundle baby pram at mamas & papas in Manchester arndale shop. Was quite excited and nervous to choose any cause had no experience with what I was doing . But there is a lady there called Hollie she was so friendly and helpful. Showed me few different types pram , car seat and carry cot. Explained how different they are. Very professional patient and knowledgeable. We’ve got bedside crib as well . So that’s very good got two big items done . Highly recommended to new parents to this store and thanks for the help from Hollie !

We went in to have a browse at the Gallagher retail park in Wednesbury and Sue was amazing, she was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to do a full baby shop! A great experience really lovely memory to have of shopping for our first baby 👍

Nida was exceptional. She helped us as first time parents figure out exactly what we need based on our lifestyle. She didn’t try to oversell us anything and found exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 service
